    Show notes

Welcome to Episode 41 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Hope Brookins has a story unlike any we've heard on our show before. When Brookins was just a teenager, with no experience in construction, plumbing, carpentry or anything similar, she and her family built a house from scratch. They were able to complete this feat by watching YouTube video tutorials and exercising safety precautions. This story sounds ridiculous, but it's 100% true and incredibly inspiring. Hope is now a successful entrepreneur, and personal branding and publicity strategist. She credits her experience of building this house, which is still standing today, for her drive and determination that it took to start her business. In the technological age that we live in, the information to do anything is at our fingertips. Hope Brookins is living proof that with our resources, patience and drive, anything is possible.

Welcome to Episode 40 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Today's guest is Seth Campbell, a young entrepreneur who has already achieved so much. From having no success, he's been able to build his brand and business to a six figure income. Campbell speaks about how easy it is to be average and conform to society's standards and expectations. The problem in doing this is that society's standards and expectations will hold you back from being the best possible version of yourself. Seth touches upon other really great topics as well. He talks about "online mentors" and how his daily ritual involves listening to some of his biggest entrepreneurial influences. In this incredible era of technology that we live in, it is easier than ever to gain wisdom and knowledge from the greats that we may not have had a chance to see in person. If you want to be better than average, you'll love what Seth has to say.

    NQL 039 - Dustin Mathews Aug 03, 2017

Welcome to Episode 39 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Dustin Mathews brought it on today's podcast episode. By "it" we not only mean his upbeat personality, but tons of value and information too. Mathews talked about being terrified of public speaking in college, but he was required to take a course on it. As soon as he saw that the course involved him delivering ten speeches, he made it his mission at the time to get out of taking the course. Mathews eventually found a legal loophole, but the efforts he put into getting out of the course ended up being more work than if he'd actually taken the class. Ironically, now Dustin Mathews is a professional speaker and owns a company called Speaking Empire, where he trains people who, like him, are terrified of public speaking. We're all human and we all have fears and areas of our life that could use improvement, so Dustin talks about the importance of having a "student mindset."

    NQL 037 - Cherie Aimee Jul 27, 2017

Welcome to Episode 37 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Cherie Aimee was dead for 90 minutes... And lived to tell the tale. This is one of the most incredible "No Quit" stories we've heard to date on this show. When Aimee died in the hospital, she credits one doctor in particular who went above and beyond to ensure his team did absolutely everything in their power to revive her. After multiple open heart surgeries, a bionic heart, induced coma's, and chronic pain that Aimee still deals with to this day, Cherie Aimee survived and made it her mission to make the most out of the second chance she was given. Recently, she spoke at a conference in front of all the people that contributed to saving her life. Aimee used 0 notes, spoke straight from the heart, and there wasn't a dry eye in the room. If it weren't for those doctors and engineers who worked as hard as they did, there would be no Cherie Aimee. The world would be without an incredible person who spends every day helping and inspiring others immensely and paying it forward.

Welcome to Episode 36 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

We've had a plethora of guests on our show in the past who have overcome some insane hurdles in life, and Jeremy Wenger is no stranger to this. Starting with the fact that he was abused by his father from a young age, some years later Jeremy decided to forgive his father. When he was on his way to tell his father, he received a voicemail from his grandmother indicating that his father had been murdered. Years after that, Jeremy found himself face to face with his father's murderer and forgave him too. Where did Jeremy find the courage within himself to forgive these two people who wronged him, you may ask? Wenger talks about it in this episode. He speaks on the spiritual aspect of forgiveness and points out that people treat you the same way they treat themselves. If someone is truly happy with themselves, they'll try to help others attain the same happiness. The opposite is also true, and you can't pour out of an empty cup.

Welcome to Episode 35 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

We've all heard the saying "Don't talk the talk, walk the walk." Geoff Woods embodies that saying and speaks on how important - scratch that, how ESSENTIAL it is to take action. Woods is the vice president of The One Thing, working alongside Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan, the founders of the biggest realty company in the world, Keller Williams Real Estate. After attending a life changing seminar, featuring Jay as the speaker, Geoff made it a priority to meet him and provide as much value as he can to him. By doing that and taking action, he has been able to "level himself up" to an incredible success. He also talks about subtle ways to rephrase value providing questions, to more effectively offer it to potential mentors that you want to connect with. Geoff's podcast can be seen in the top 20 ranked Business podcasts on iTunes, and we at NQL highly recommend it.

Welcome to Episode 34 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

We were originally going to save this message for Episode 50, but due to our recent success and having been featured on John Lee Dumas's EoFire Podcast, we decided to do it today. We owe all of our old listeners and new listeners a huge thank you! In this episode, our host Christopher J. Wirth talks about how he was able to acquire some of our amazing guests in previous episodes of our show and the importance of accountability. Often times, guests had somebody previously in their life who helped them achieve success and were more than willing to pay it forward and provide value through our show to you. Our challenge to you is to pay it forward, and do something today for someone else with no expectation of anything in return.

If you have a question you'd like us to ask a future guest, shoot us an email!

    NQL 033 - John O'Leary Jul 13, 2017

Welcome to Episode 33 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

"When you find your 'why' any 'how' is possible."

What a powerful quote. If you skimmed it, here it is again. "When you find your 'why' any 'how' is possible." There is a reason why I wrote it twice, and it's because this is the most crucial step to not only starting a business, but living a fulfilled life. The words to describe how incredible John O'Leary's story is unfortunately don't exist. When O'Leary was only nine years old, he was burned in a fire. His entire body was engulfed in flames, he suffered majority 3rd degree burns, and was given less than a 1% chance to live. For most of O'Leary's life, he shut out this horrific incident, but over time grew to accept it and be grateful that it happened. He credits this adversity for shaping him into who he is today - an entrepreneur, speaker, a top rated podcast host, an incredible husband, and father of four. We at NQL believe that nothing is impossible, but it's near impossible to not be moved by John's story.

Welcome to Episode 32 of the No Quit Living Podcast.

NQL is a personal development podcast designed to help listeners achieve their goals and desires. Through hearing the inspiring stories and tips from the greats, we will all find it easier to stay motivated and never quit.

Daniel Gefen shared some truly amazing stuff in today's episode. Gefen defines what an entrepreneur is to him, and I'm sure many of you will relate. He says that an entrepreneur is someone who literally can not work for anyone else, and it's for that reason that they have the drive to pave their own path that's completely unique and true to themselves. If you're an entrepreneur or an aspiring entrepreneur then you'll love every word Daniel says from being welcomed to our show to his closing remarks. Gefen also shares a story about his grandfather, who has been through and overcome more adversity than anyone I've ever heard of. It's a story that you'll have to hear to believe, and despite all of that Daniel's grandfather always had a smile on his face.
