My Journey From Darkness To Lightness Of Being ✨ Apr 12, 2020

Show notes

With my 33rd birthday coming up this week, I’m feeling really reverent & filled with so many beautiful, unique emotions 💫 In this episode, I felt called to share more with you beauties about my own life journey & how, through a lot of painful experiences, growth, & healing, I made my way from a place of darkness (on multiple occasions!) to profound lightness of being!!!

In my ‘cosmic ramble’ I share:

How I moved through the grief of loss, addiction, & toxic relationships
The power of forgiveness & releasing resentment
How I cultivated a powerful relationship with Universe & my higher expression of Self
How I learned to love myself through saying “NO” to jobs, people, & experiences that didn’t feel aligned
How I moved from a scarcity mindset around money to feeling abundant & prosperous
My biggest lesson: Just keep going!!! Remember, life is happening for you, you are a spiritual being having a human experience & everything is perfect in its own unique way!!! + I love you.

I pray that this episode resonates with you, my loves, and that it helps you feel more connected & less alone in this World!

Connecting With Your Angels & Spirit Guides: POWERBABE Interview w/ Spiritual Medium Erika Gabriel Mar 29, 2020

Show notes

What are we all doing here in this potent & powerful time? Who is guiding us & how do we connect to our spirit guides? What is death & are our loved ones who have passed still with us? In one of the most EPICALLY POWERFUL interviews I’ve ever experienced (I got full body chills!!!), I talk to spiritual medium Erika Gabriel about all of these profound questions + so much more.

A few epic takeaways from this episode:

You are your own guru & healer!!! You are already connected to the spirit world through your powerful intuition
You are safe & taken care of always!
Your intuition speaks to you in times of calm, so look for small ways to quiet your mind (whether it's movement, meditation, being in nature, dance)
You have a divine spirit team supporting & working for you! (Erika explains the difference between angels, spirit guides, animal guides + shares tangible tools to connect with them)
Our loved ones who have passed are with us & Erika shares how to recognize signs from them (angel numbers, birds, coins, & more)
Remember, we are all here for a divine purpose and through it all, love never ever dies 💛

It’s my deepest prayer for you, my loves, that this interview touches you as much as it has touched me ✨
