THIS WEEK: DREAMERS VS. DOERS
Are you a dreamer or a doer?

First of all, dreaming is IMPORTANT.
But, you have to do something about your dreams.
Natalia talks about the law of action, the big confusion with manifestation and knowing when to take action even when you’re scared.

The Power Of Language⚡️ + Win a Lunch w/ Natalia Feb 16, 2020

Show notes

In this episode, I’m excited to explore a really powerful topic with you — how our language has a profound impact on our everyday lives!
When you’re conscious of your language and you release disempowering words from your vocab, you will see how magnetic, positive, and beautiful your life can become!!! I’ve been practicing this in my own life, and I have seen such radical shifts.
It sounds so simple, but it’s SO powerful! OUR LANGUAGE GUIDES EVERYTHING WE DO!

Our words are vibrations and every time we speak (even if it’s just casually!), we’re directing our subconscious vibrationally. When we become mindful of this and begin to speak with more empowered language, our subconscious AND the universe will respond!

IN THIS EPISODE WE EXPLORE:

The power of the subconscious mind
How your subconscious mind is actually an aspect of your soul
How your words are vibrations and how your subconscious mind responds to them
Why “I” statements are the most powerful statements you can make
Why casual conversations and off-hand comments are some of the most important things to tune into
What to do when you have a negative reaction and how to clear it from your field
The vibrations of words when you say them out loud — are they taking you up, down, or keeping you in the same place?
The 4 disempowering phrases you should remove from your vocabulary and how to reframe them instead to bring more power into your life

Your 2-Week Challenge:

Practice your mindful language for two weeks and see how much it shifts you! Keep a journal of your experience. THEN ENTER TO WIN LUNCH & SELF CARE AFTERNOON WITH ME!

DM me on Instagram @natalia_benson with the subject (all caps): LANGUAGE CHALLENGE
Include pics of your journal entries and a video (about 15 secs) about how you feel
Send your submission on Sunday, March 1
I’ll announce the winner on the podcast on March 8
I’ll choose 1 babe to take to lunch in LA and then treat to a self-care activity!!!

POWERBABE Interview: Overcoming Fear & Finally Starting Your Business w/ Aussie Swimsuit Designer, Abby Rose Vuister Feb 09, 2020

Show notes

Natalia is super excited (highly enthusiastic, actually) about this very special POWERBABE Interview!!!!!!

Are you ready?!!

In this episode, Natalia introduces a past client of hers, an Aussie beauty who’s not only a Cancer 🦀 Sun Sign, but also an extremely talented Australian swimsuit designer & Women’s Empowerment leader in her beautiful town of Noosa Heads.

Last year, Natalia had the privilege of coaching Abby to move through her fears and to step into her power. ⚡️They discuss her journey as she navigates how she manages 2 businesses as a 20-something year old woman, and emphasizes the importance of community and being connected to other people.

They talk all things:

As a babe in Business - all about Abby’s one-woman show bikini line that she started when she was 21
What is entrepreneurship - really?
How a second business (Woman by Abby Rose) sprouted and unfolded from her in her 1:1 coaching with Natalia - empowering local women to step into their creative power, come together and launch their businesses.
The importance of serving others - from her struggles, she is now helping and inviting other women to move through their fears and step into their purpose through her new biz.
Seeing the beauty in the struggle: even with the fulfilling moments with owning a business, there are still a lot of challenges. Abby discusses how to gain perspective and see it all as “happening for a reason”
Abby shares pragmatic tools of being a small biz owner, how to scale & specific decisions that you must make to move forward!
Why we fear judgment
Water energy and what does this mean?
Powerful advice that she has learned from her Dad
And lastly, her best piece of business advice for women who are just starting.

Ask yourself:
+ Are you going to step through fear?
+ Are you going to trust that energy in your heart?
+ Are you going to do something about your dreams and/or your business idea?

The Astrology of 2020 & My Welcome Back Episode ✨ Feb 02, 2020

Show notes

...AND SHE’S BACK!!!

In today’s episode, Natalia discusses why she was MIA from the podcasting world for over 2 months, but in true Aries fashion—she’s jumping right back in and bringing it on in full force with an all-new show format, new artwork 🔮& much of what you babes requested in her 2020 NB Survey on how to improve the show ✨
Natalia discusses the end of 2019—the good, the challenging, the cosmic alignments, paired with a lot of self-realization. She gets real with you about how to handle constructive (and critical) feedback when you’re a sensitive person as she experienced it first-hand with the responses from her survey for this Podcast.

She delves into:

astrology themes for 2020
sweeping motifs of planetary movement
the massive conjunction of Saturn conjunct Pluto this year
the major energies at play for 2020 (heads up, there’s a lot!)
why this is going to be a phenomenal year full of growth
planet retrogrades - what they *actually*
wtf are malefic planets in Astrology?
the changing of the Lunar Nodes to Gemini & Sagittarius
lastly, Natalia pulls us a tarot card - complete with a POWERFUL message to send us into a year of depth, growth & major forward movement.

Affirmation: I am a radiant being filled with light and love.
