Show notes

Hi my love, I am so excited to bring this solo episode out for you! One of my passions is making astrology relatable and witnessing how the astrology of the time is expressing itself in our world & every day lives. I truly geek out about this.
The Aquarian Age shift is truly exciting, ushering in a time of integration, equity, love & connection that has the resonance of a utopia when you explore it deeply. But the truth is, it's something we can bring about by our day to day actions & our commitments to taking personal accountability for a better self & a better world.
In the episode I explain:

What the Age of Aquarius is & How it works
What Saturn & Uranus have to do with the Aquarian shift
Soul purpose & life purpose & why that's so important now
Understanding the Pandemic & Racial Justice from a macro & cosmic level
Why the Age of Aquarius could be the healing the world is seeking
How to integrate the Age of Aquarius & why spiritual practice is a NON-NEGOTIABLE right now!
Why exploring the opposite of any zodiac sign gives you clues on how to progress your life & the movement (think Leo energy)
Harnessing your personal energy at this time
Some Astrology 101
Cosmic wisdom to help ease anxiety & fear
The power & healing energy of kindness
Empaths: being inspired + informed so you can make real change
What the Age of Aquarius means for Aquarians

Black, White & The DM That Changed My Entire Life w/ Rachel Autumn Jun 21, 2020

Show notes

"Listen. Empathize. Act."

On May 28th, I received a DM that completely changed my life, called me into my voice, & asked me to do deeper work within myself & as a leader. Rachel Autumn, a beautiful soul who I am so grateful for, reached out & called me to use my platform & privilege as a white spiritual teacher to speak up about the systemic racism & oppression that the Black community has been facing for centuries and continues to face in 2020.

I am so honored & humbled that Rachel took the time to speak with me, come forth & share her story, & help educate us with a compassionate voice. She reminds us all that this is a human problem — everything has to change & we all need to shift together.

We talked about:

What inspired Rachel to reach out to me & how it was transformative for both of us
Rachel’s story & her experience growing up as a Black Woman in America
Her experience as a Black woman in the fitness industry
The importance of diversity & inclusion in the wellness space
How white women can educate themselves & act as confident allies
How we can all use our voices to amplify women of color
Rachel’s prayer for the Black community & her vision for the future

I am committed to listening, empathizing, taking action & using my platform to share diverse stories. I thank you so deeply for being on this journey with me.

8 Minute Motivation: STOP PLAYING SMALL Jun 01, 2020

Show notes

Welcome to 8 min motivation!
Brought to you by: Magical Women & Money - The Membership
THIS WEEK: STOP PLAYING SMALL

ALRIGHT MY DARLINGS, IT'S TIME TO STOP PLAYING SMALL!
Ask yourself—
Where do you let your small mind win every time?
Where do you doubt yourself?
Where do you get petty?
Where do you allow fear to trump courage?
Where in your life does this show up the most?
Where do you feel limited or constricted? Why limit yourself? Why hold back your light? Why are you playing small.. when you know you can be playing big?
Do you think by playing small you're keeping yourself safe? What is the story?
Let the story go.. it's time!
You are pure potentiality. You are so f*cking wonderful.

8 Minute Motivation: LOVE IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR YOU May 18, 2020

Show notes

Welcome to 8 min motivation!
Brought to you by: Magical Women & Money - The Membership

THIS WEEK: LOVE IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR YOU
"Whatever you are seeking is seeking you." - Rumi

Say this out loud:
Love is always looking for me.
Love is always seeking me.
Whatever I am seeking is seeking me too.
Whatever I seek to see, I see
Whatever I seek, sees me.

How would you move through your life experience if you felt that love is always seeking you? Know this— from every corner and every space of this world, love is always seeking you. If you seek love, connection, respect, and warmth, that energy seeks you as well. How would your life feel if you felt that way and practiced that thought stream and that idea in your everyday life?
Embody yourself and become the all that you want. Be all that you're seeking and someone will inevitably be attracted to your life who mirrors that energy back to you.
Honor your magnificence.
Love is always looking for you.

8 Minute Motivation: THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY May 11, 2020

Show notes

Welcome to 8 min motivation!
Brought to you by: Magical Women & Money - The Membership

THIS WEEK: THE POWER OF CONSISTENCY
Consistency is so important, but also it is the most challenging. We approach so many things in our experience that we have to be perfect. If we are not being perfect, then it's not consistent, it's not right, it's not this or that— whatever your narrative is.

How about you shift your perspective to your persistence?
Why don't you just honor the small wins of your consistency?
Remember my angels, small amounts of consistency is still consistency.
Approach consistency or persistence in your life from a space of exploration and practice.
Truthfully, anyone can do it! If I can do it, you can too!
