    Questions & Scenarios to Consider to Highlight What you Really Want Jan 24, 2022
    Show notes

    It becomes so easy to get caught up in things that we think will make us happy, or what society or even friends and family pressure us to do or feel in order to create and facilitate joy in our lives. But I think that it's important to remember that it can be a lot more simple than we give ourselves credit for. And that feeling how you want to feel and living a life that truly brings you joy can be a lot more attainable and manageable than we may often think.
    So in today's episode, I want to share both some creative scenarios and some lovely questions that you can answer in your head as you listen along or journal with later that will help you figure out what comes next and hopefully serve as some powerful and lovely reminders to ensure that the year ahead is more in your control than we think.

    • How many breaks end up not being breaks at all
    • Simpler ways to find joy

    Weekly Pulse Point Check Ins Nov 08, 2021
    Show notes

    Your Weekly Pulse Point check-in is a time to check in on your projects and see how far along you are and if you're on track to meet your deadline. It's also a time to check in with yourself and see I what you can let go of: ideas, tasks, certain projects.
    Today we'll be exploring why check ins are so helpful & how you can get started creating or revamping your own. Much like the human body has a regulatory temperature, our lives and businesses also have a pulse point we can check. Identifying status points help you monitor the overall state of you and your business and help you make changes and adapt as needed.

    21 Things I’ve done (and never done) in my business Nov 02, 2021
    Show notes

    When I started my online business in 2015 I had a lot of assumptions about what I β€œmust do” in order to be successful.

    I thought that if I wasn’t hitting those $10k months or bringing in a $20k launch that I must be missing some success secret or worse, maybe I wasn’t doing enough money mindset work or was thinking all the wrong thoughts and making the universe give me the wrong things.

    ::big eyeroll::

    I fell into a lot of β€œtraps” online when I first started my business and I want to talk about them today and also share 21 things that I've done (and not done) in my business to get where I am today.
    There's a lot of pressure to hit specific milestones as a business owner, but you don't have to do all of them in order to be a legit entrepreneur.
