How can we find peace in the midst of turmoil? Whether it's a health diagnosis, life change, trauma, or tumultuous event, we all deserve to find peace. In today's episode I share about my experience with Hepatitis C and how finding peace with my diagnosis helped me heal. This can relate to anyone who has ever felt the urge to put on a 'strong' front in the midst of struggle. As I say, covering our wounds is not a solution in the long term.
