In this episode Kristin Shares the 9 steps that she took to heal a deep betrayal wound after getting cheated on and going through a divorce. She shares examples of each step and what she did on her healing journey.

While the examples pertain to healing from betrayal in a romantic relationship these steps can be taken to heal from any type of betrayal, just change the details to what you need to do in whatever type of betrayal you are currently feeling.

Instead of being a victim of her circumstances she took the pain from that experience and turn it into a beautiful healing journey.

In this episode she shares the story of discovering the betrayal, the heaviness of trying to save her marriage and then ultimately making the brave choice to take the healthier path, choose herself and start a healing journey. She shares different healing modalities and tools and how faith can play into the healing process of heartbreak, betrayal and divorce.

Emily’s story is such an inspiring one and I am so grateful that she was willing to share it here to help others on their healing journey.
