    Kristen, CHILL OUT.

A comedy podcast for over-thinkers and the neurotic, pining over everyday struggles and the minutiae of everyday life with an *occasional* emphasis on depression and mental health. The show was originally known as “Mentally Ch(ill)”, hosted by Stevie Ryan and Kristen Carney until we lost Stevie to suicide in 2017. RIP Stevie. We love you forever.

How to get help: In the US, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255. The International Association for Suicide Prevention and Befrienders Worldwide also can provide contact information for crisis centers around the world.
