Shazam 2 is now out, so resident Shazam superfan, Sydney, joined me to discuss the latest entry in the DCEU.
The second half of the podcast we played a game of Flop or Bop: 2020s Superhero movies edition. Was WW1984 a bop? Was The New Mutants a flop? What about Eternals?

Happy International Women's Month! This episode is at the request of our wonderful Patron Melissa.
I have to admit, I had not seen Barb & Star until this week.
I also have to admit, I am slightly obsessed with Barb & Star.
Claira and I discuss why this movie will likely be a cult classic in the coming years (if it isn't one already). We then also discuss some of our favorite female led comedies!

February was certainly...a month for movies. Not entirely sure if it was a good month. Regardless, Sydney and I saw around 13 of the new movies released in February and discussed what we loved, liked, and disliked. Movies discussed.

Apparently, Disney is celebrating their 100 year anniversary, so what better time to discuss the Renaissance era Disney movies? Bobbi Miller, good friend of the pod and host of The Afternoon Special, joined me to discuss why that era was so influential and then we attempted the nearly impossible task of ranking our 5 favorite Disney Renaissance movies.
There were some interesting side tangents:
And a lot more!

The latest MCU movie is here and well, let's just say it is making waves, but maybe not the best waves. But is it really as bad as the critics say it is? Sydney and I discussed the highs and lows of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania.
We also attempted to predict how the rest of Phase 5 will shape up!
