It can be argued that Benjamin Busch is a modern-day Renaissance man. Not only has he served two tours of duty as a U.S. Marine in Iraq, but he played Officer Anthony Colicchio on "The Wire" and appeared on "The West Wing" and "Homicide." Busch, inspired by a number of life-altering events, wrote "Dust to Dust," a beautiful meditation on war, loss and the larger questions of life and death, in which he chronicles his return from Iraq and the death of his parents. Busch served two combat tours in Iraq. In this interview, Busch gives his takes on the wars overseas and their justification. He also discusses his experiences on "The Wire," which has such a rabid fan base. It’s pretty amazing that he came out of the military and became an actor.

John Richard Lott Jr. (born May 8, 1958) is an American economist and political commentator. Lott was formerly employed at various academic institutions including the University of Chicago, Yale University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Maryland, College Park, and at the American Enterprise Institute conservative think tank. He is currently a Fox News opinion contributor. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from UCLA. Lott has written for both academic and popular publications. He is a frequent writer of op-eds, and has written six books, including More Guns, Less Crime, The Bias Against Guns, andFreedomnomics. His most recent books include Debacle: Obama's War on Jobs and Growth and What We Can Do Now to Regain Our Future, co-authored with Grover Norquist, and At the Brink: Will Obama Push Us over the Edge?

Lott is best known for his role in the gun rights debate, particularly his arguments against restrictions on owning and carrying guns, the ensuing controversy surrounding the data and methodology used in his research, and his use of a sock puppet identity to support his position on various websites in 2002 and 2003.

Eleven out of 50 states have now introduced resolutions into their state legislatures calling on Congress to pass Marcy Kaptur's H.R. 129 to re-instate Glass-Steagall, and South Dakota has become the first state to pass the resolution through both houses.Jason interviews Michael Kirsch of LaRouche PAC about the efforts to reinstate the act. These resolutions have broad bi-partisan support, as the matter or bankruptcy reorganization of the banking system is a matter of national prosperity. Here is a state by state breakdown of co-sponsors for state resolutions, and national co-sponsors of Kaptur's bill. These were inspired by normal citizens contact their elected representatives with the great need for action, and the more state legislators which can be inspired to put pressure in this way on Congress, the better. Glass-Steagall will enable the commercial banking system, though with a shrunken but purified capital, to become an agency of a national credit system guided by a chief lending institution for national infrastructure projects and associated industries. Michael has written for a new credit Bank of the United States to lend for national industry and agriculture, modeled on the system of public credit of Alexander Hamilton, Mathew Carey, and John Quincy Adams, and Roosevelt's Reconstruction Finance Corporation's industrial loans. A video presentation of the history is available. It would broaden and define the guiding boundaries of the economy as a permanent coordinating agency for credit agreements, rather than serve as a special emergency institution.

Jason Hartman interviews historian, author and lecturer Ralph Epperson about Ralph’s book, Unseen Hand: An Introduction to the Conspiratorial View of History. Ralph addresses the conspiracies behind the numerous wars and revolutions across the globe, the depressions and recessions, and he discusses the creation of the Federal Reserve and the foundation of the I.R.S.

Ralph Epperson is an historian, author, and lecturer who has been researching the CONSPIRATORIAL VIEW OF HISTORY (the view that the major events of the past have been planned years in advance by a central conspiracy) for 50 years. He has written or produced four "best-selling" books entitled THE UNSEEN HAND, THE NEW WORLD ORDER, MASONRY: CONSPIRACY AGAINST CHRISTIANITY, JESSE JAMES, UNITED STATES SENATOR, six booklets, and 15 DVDs.

He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, but freely admits that what he has learned since graduation has taught him that most of what he learned in college in History and Political Science simply is not true. He proudly states that his research has proven to him that there has been an active conspiracy in the world planning major wars, depressions, and inflations years in advance.
