Here is a way to step your discipline and habits up to the next level.
There is no way to write a book without first developing the power of habit. All success is like this but we often just refuse to acknowledge it.
Action is the killer of procrastination. If you are doing anything that is being used as an excuse for not taking action it is a form of procrastination. Preparation is always essential but if you are using prep as an excuse to not act it can become procrastination.
You need a new mindset and a new approach to comfort and safety because they are not like they used to be. You need to develop habits that help you own things and have more control over your life and finances.

The environments you are in are key to habit success. If your environment rejects your bad habits you will begin to as well.
The last step of the AA program is golden and you should use it to bless your life and the lives of others.
You want to be the type of person with habits that make it clear what you want to achieve. You don't want to have your daily actions and goals look nothing like each other.
Everything comes with negatives and habits are no different. You have to be aware of these different things so you can get the most out of your habits and breaks.
You don't need to do anything crazy to build a new habit and stick with it. By starting small you increase your chances of sticking with it in the long run. Once a habit is locked into your life, it's easier to do more of it.
When you know how each day is going to start, you can get essential things done that can be foundational to doing more each day.
