IF YOU’RE STRESSED, OVERWHELMED, OR EXHAUSTED, LISTEN TO THIS

If you’ve been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted, or like there’s simply too much on your plate, this episode is for you.

Sometimes we don’t need to completely change our lives, we need to create rhythms that help us slow down, get grounded, and take things one step at a time. In this episode, I’m sharing 10 practical habits and mindset shifts that have helped me manage overwhelm, create more peace in my day, and pour back into myself.

We’re talking about starting your morning centered in the Bible and giving yourself permission to start the day slowly, creating an intentional nighttime routine that teaches your body when it’s time to wind down, and learning how to plan your day without overplanning every minute of it.

I’m also sharing the idea of having a reset night twice a week, adopting a “one thing at a time” mindset, focusing on daily goals instead of becoming overwhelmed by the big picture, and using the 10-minute rule when you’re struggling to get started.

Plus, we’ll talk about journaling and mind-dumping, prayer journaling, and one of the biggest questions I’ve been asking myself lately: How much energy am I constantly pouring out, and how much am I actually pouring back into myself?

If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re running on empty, take this episode as your reminder to pause, breathe, simplify, and come back to what matters.

You don’t have to do everything today. You just have to take care of today. 🤍

How to Glow Up This Fall Physically, Mentally, and Spiritually Sep 14, 2026
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Fall is the perfect time to slow down, reset your routines, and pour back into yourself. In this episode, we’re talking about how to create a true fall glow up, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
I’m sharing the simple seasonal habits I’m leaning into to feel more grounded, energized, and intentional this fall, from creating a better sleep routine and incorporating red light at night to drinking herbal tea, journaling, and making space to slow down.
We’re also talking about the fun side of a glow up, trying a new hairstyle, switching up your makeup, and finding little ways to feel confident and refreshed in your appearance. Plus, we’ll get into nourishing your body with cozy soups, savory blood sugar balanced breakfasts, and low intensity outdoor movement that gets you outside without adding more stress to your body.
This isn’t about completely reinventing yourself or chasing perfection. It’s about using the change of seasons as an opportunity to reflect, reset your habits, romanticize the everyday, and become more intentional with how you care for your body, mind, and spirit.
If you’re craving a fresh start this fall, this episode is your sign to slow down, reset, and create your own holistic glow up. 🍂🤎

How to Get the Most out of your Current Season in Life Aug 17, 2026
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

What if the season you’re in right now isn’t something you need to rush through, but something you’re meant to fully experience?

In this episode, we’re talking about the importance of slowing down, being present, and learning to genuinely enjoy the season of life you’re currently in instead of constantly looking ahead to what’s next.

It’s so easy to fall into the mindset of “I’ll be happy when…” When I reach the next goal, enter the next relationship, get the next opportunity, move to the next place, or finally become the person I want to be. But when we’re always looking ahead, we can miss the life that’s happening right in front of us.

We’ll talk about how to stop rushing through life, appreciate the ordinary moments, find joy in your current circumstances, and recognize that every season has something to teach you and something to offer you.

Whether you’re in a season of waiting, growth, transition, singleness, dating, engagement, building a career, or simply figuring things out, this episode is a reminder that you don’t have to have your whole life figured out to enjoy the life you have today.

Because someday, you may look back and realize that the season you were so eager to leave was one you wish you could experience all over again. 🤍

The Changes I'm Making in my Engagement Season to Prepare for Marriage Jul 13, 2026
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Engagement is about so much more than planning a wedding, it's about preparing for a marriage.

In this episode, I'm sharing the intentional changes I'm making during this season to prepare for becoming a wife. From the habits I'm building and the mindset shifts I'm embracing to the ways I'm growing spiritually, emotionally, and personally, I'm opening up about what this season has been teaching me.

We'll talk about why preparation isn't just about the big day, but about becoming the person God is calling you to be before you step into the next chapter. I'm sharing lessons I've been learning about communication, serving with love, creating healthy rhythms, stewarding my home, and continuing to grow in my relationship with God as the foundation for everything else.

Whether you're engaged, dating, single, or simply in a season of becoming, I hope this conversation encourages you to see that preparation is never wasted. The work we do today shapes the relationships and the life we'll build tomorrow.

This isn't about striving for perfection, it's about pursuing growth with intention and allowing God to prepare your heart for whatever He has ahead.

Because becoming a wife doesn't begin on your wedding day, it begins in the quiet, everyday choices you make long before you walk down the aisle. 🤍

Have you ever felt like you're meant for more, but something keeps holding you back? In this episode, we're diving into four common things that may be keeping you from walking in your calling.

Whether it's fear, comparison, perfectionism, or the need to stay comfortable, these hidden barriers can quietly keep us from stepping into the purpose God has placed on our lives. I'll share personal insights, practical encouragement, and biblical truths that have helped me recognize and overcome these obstacles.

We'll talk about what it looks like to trust God's timing, let go of limiting beliefs, and take faithful steps forward even when you don't have all the answers.

If you've been feeling stuck, uncertain, or afraid to pursue what God is calling you to, this episode is for you. My hope is that you'll walk away feeling encouraged, equipped, and reminded that your calling isn't reserved for when you feel ready—it's discovered as you choose to trust God and take the next step in faith.

Because the greatest obstacle to your calling isn't always a lack of ability, it can be the things you're unwilling to let go of.

Handling the Unexpected: Why Results Aren’t Everything Jun 16, 2026
    Show notes

There are moments in life when things don't go according to plan, despite all the preparation, discipline, and hard work you've poured into them.

In this episode, I'm sharing the story of how the HYROX competition I had trained six months for was unexpectedly canceled. After months of early mornings, long runs, strength sessions, and sacrifices, I was left wrestling with disappointment and the question: Now what?

But through it all, I discovered something I think we all need to hear: our worth isn't found in the outcome, and the results aren't the only thing that matter.

We'll talk about finding peace when life doesn't unfold the way we expected, trusting that growth still happens in the process, and learning to celebrate the person we're becoming, not just the finish lines we cross. If you've ever had a dream delayed, a plan fall apart, or felt discouraged when your efforts didn't lead to the outcome you hoped for, this episode is for you.

Because sometimes the greatest victories aren't the ones with medals attached to them, they're the ones that teach us resilience, gratitude, trust, and the ability to keep showing up anyway.

Fear has a way of keeping us stuck, stuck in our comfort zones, stuck overthinking, and stuck wondering "what if?" But what if the life you're praying for, the growth you're seeking, and the confidence you're hoping to build are waiting on the other side of the very thing you're afraid to do?

In this episode, we're talking about fear: how it shows up in our lives, why we often let it dictate our decisions, and what it takes to move forward even when we don't feel ready. I'll share practical mindset shifts to help you stop letting fear make your choices and start taking action toward the life you truly want.

If fear has been holding you back, this episode is your reminder that courage isn't the absence of fear, it's moving forward despite it.
