    Fit Womens Weekly Podcast

This is a fitness, nutrition, and health podcast for women. RKC and NASM coach, Kindal Boyle talks anything and everything about helping you get results from your workouts, get inspired for new fitness challenges, to build strength and find a passion for living a healthy life beyond burning calories.

More than that, she seeks out and interviews the best guests you can imagine. Not only celebrities, the best trainers, but real women and success stories.

There is so much to learn from real women that are not paid to lose weight and get fit like celebrities are. And that’s one reason why we wanted to create this podcast.

It’s laid back and will feel as if you’re just talking with your girlfriends as you learn about amazing fat burning workouts, techniques, and fundamentals that actually work.

I really hope you enjoy it.

Ep. 118: The Pros & Cons Of Social Media For Your Body, Mind, And Overall Wellness Jul 12, 2017
    Show notes

We all can agree on two things: 1). Social media is an important part of our society 2). It can really bring us down or lift us up depending on the mood we're in or the content that shows up on our timelines.

Today Ashley (AshleyDrummonds.com) and I are going to talk about the pitfalls of social media on our mental confidence and fitness goals. How to break away from the comparison games. We ask the question… are people really THAT happy? And our own struggles with trying to play the social media game.

But it's not all bad, social media is a great addition to our society! So how can you use it to improve and benefit? We'll share that too!

Ep. 117: Real Women, Real Trainers: What Do We Eat? How Often Do We Workout? What Do Workouts Look Like? Jul 05, 2017
    Show notes

Let's be real and honest! There is this idea that trainers eat chicken and broccoli all day every day.

We also workout every single day of the week for hours on end.

    Or do we?

Because I love this lady and her passion to build confidence for other women, Ashley Drummonds (ashleydrummonds.com) and I are back to share our lives as trainers and fitness freaks... we put it all out there. The truth. The pasta, the sweets, the short workouts, everything.

And the best part? We really want others to follow. You don't have to eat salad for every meal. Don't have to tear your body down every day. Listen up!

It's week 3 of our Real Women Talk series with my friend and fellow fitness badass, Ashley Drummonds (Ashleydrummonds.com). This week let's talk about nut butter and competitive drives.

So today, let's break it down and find out why every single person (man and woman) needs to be a little competitive if they want to get any where in life.

Plus we share workouts, exercise tips and much more!

    Show notes

It's week 2 of our Real Women Talk series with my friend and fellow fitness badass, Ashley Drummonds (Ashleydrummonds.com). This week let's talk about trying new things.

It can be tough to try a new gym, form of fitness or even focus on an exercise we're not used to doing often. Trying new can be scary... but guess what? 99% of the time when you're done you'll ask yourself, "What did I have to be nervous about?"

Ashley and I share our own journeys to getting comfortable in the gym... away from the cardio machines!

Plus, let's talk muscle. And weight lifting. And women. Does lifting make you bulky? It seems this is one concern women still share and it's time we get to the bottom of it!
