The Great Check-IN Aug 03, 2023

Show notes

Send us Fan Mail

Life comes at you fast. Some days you're up, others you're down, and through it all the days keep tumbling forward. Wouldn't it be nice no matter how brave a face you put on, that someone would check in on you? Not with just a cliche', How are you? but a deep heart felt, what can I do for you? How can I help? Let me take this load off your shoulders. Let's check in on each other, not when things seem bad but often and whenever, for you never know what someone is facing, going through. So, for the happy ones, the sad ones, the brave ones, the funny ones, and everyone in between, let's check-in on each other every week. And in that equation, don't forget to check in on you, too! For checking in on yourself is just as important as hugging those around you.
So, friend, how are you today? No really, how are you? oxo

Compliments that matter Jul 06, 2023

Show notes

Send us Fan Mail

It's funny how we often think someone is beautiful, thoughtful, kind and loving, and yet we never tell them. What if I told you that I was proud of you, that you make the world a better place, and that without you in this world, there would be less rainbows? What if we all started handing out compliments that matter more often, and less judgmental stares? What if one meaningful compliment could change the world?
