**Everything is the Best**

Everything is the Best is an expert guide to simply- not feeling so alone. Host Pia Baroncini, Creative Director of LPA asks her guests, “how did you go from 0 to yacht” in an attempt to get real, get vulnerable, and find those common denominators that connect us all. The goal of this show is to inspire YOU, the listener, by talking to guests of all backgrounds; which hopefully, evens the playing field and inspires you to go after your dreams and never look back! Recurring guests include Pia’s husband, Davide Baroncini and her mother Margit, who will help answer all your weekly relationship questions – how cute is that?!

Shooting the Shit with Jason Stewart aka Them Jeans Aug 25, 2021

Show notes

Jason Stewart is a DJ, creative, food connoisseur and one half of the cult favorite How Long Gone podcast. Jason used to produce and basically co-host my previous podcast, and I miss just sitting and laughing with him. His new podcast is one of my favorites, and about to head on a US tour, so I thought why not get this over here for a cocktail and some good ol banter.

What it's Like to be a Medium with Colby Rebel Aug 04, 2021

Show notes

Colby Rebel Psychic Medium is an International Psychic and Medium, as well as a three time best selling author, certified master spiritual teacher and motivational speaker. I want to preface this episode by saying, THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE! I have happened to have enough personal experiences in my life, that I believe we absolutely can tap into the other side. In order to show you her abilities, we start the episode with a reading. Believe what you want, but she knew NOTHING about me before started, she wasn’t even on the emails to coordinate recording. Listen, the goal of this episode, like all of them, is to hopefully leave you with at least one small takeaway that can positively impact your life. So in this episode we discuss how she realized she had this gift, how she was able to turn it into a full time job, and what it must be like talking to thousands and thousands of people, all of which are desperately searching for answers. My reading was intense, so pardon the tears. Enjoy!

One of My Fav Episodes! Picking Up the Pieces w/Nicola Kilner of Deciem Jul 28, 2021

Show notes

Nicola Kilner is the co-founder and CEO of Deciem, the umbrella of many major skincare brands, including the game-changing The Ordinary. In 2018, the company made global headlines when its founder, Brandon Truaxe, made a barrage of erratic social media posts while suffering from mental health issues, that lead to alcohol, drugs, and ultimately, his untimely death. The empire they had built quickly came crashing down. Nicola knew Brandon was genius, and was determined to continue on with his core mission and rebuild, and rebuild she certainly did. This episode is one of my favorites. We discuss the personal toll of experiencing not only someone you love, but your business partner struggle with mental health so publicly, what she did to rally her employees, why they won’t ever pay influencers, the importance of branding, the vast scale of her responsibilities, and how she does it all while having two daughters. Enjoy!
