The Business of Better Skin with Olivia Boyd-Smith Sep 25, 2026
    Show notes

Surprise! We’re back with a bonus episode!! I’m sitting down with Olivia Boyd-Smith to talk all things skin, wellness, entrepreneurship, and what it actually takes to build a business from the ground up.

Par Olive is Australia’s #1 dermatologist-recommended ingestible skin supplement brand. Founded by Olivia Boyd-Smith and developed with a leading Australian dermatologist and Longevity Doctor, the brand is built on the belief that healthy skin is about more than what we apply topically. The brand is manufactured in Australia under rigorous Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) standards as a listed medicine, and stocked globally in more than 700 dermatology and skin clinics, Erewhon, Goop, FWRD, Revolve and more. Par Olive is leading a more intelligent approach to optimal skin health.

We get into her journey from growing up around dermatology and wellness in Australia to bootstrapping her own brand, knocking on the doors of her first 100 skin clinics, moving to New York with three suitcases, and learning to trust her instincts as a founder. We talk about turning down money, why not all investment is good investment, building the right team, and the very unglamorous realities behind growing a business.

And obviously, we get into SKIN. Olivia breaks down her inside-out approach to skincare, what makes a quality collagen supplement, the treatments she actually does, her everyday products, and the exact “skin bowl” she makes in the morning. Plus, we talk balance, lifting weights, eating well, drinking the wine, and why taking care of yourself should never mean taking all the fun out of your life.

Such a fun, honest conversation about beauty, business, trusting yourself, and building a life that actually feels good.

AMANDA HAS A BOYFRIEND! And she's back with advice, laughter and how to call in your person. Sep 23, 2026
    Show notes

Amanda is back, and after years of dating stories, situationships, bad dates, and men we truly could not make up… she finally has a boyfriend!!! Amanda takes us through the full story of how she met Jeff, from one final nightmare date to the Raya match that changed everything. We get into their first date, knowing when something just feels different, and what it’s like to finally experience the consistency and ease you’ve been told to stop expecting.

Amanda also breaks down what she thinks actually moved the needle in finding her person: surrendering, learning to love the life you already have, cleaning up old situationships, making room for a relationship, and finally trusting your own intuition instead of asking everyone else what they think. If you’ve followed Amanda’s dating journey over the years, this is the update we’ve all been waiting for.

did social media kill the party? Sep 16, 2026
    Show notes

I’m back from New York and have A LOT to say. After an incredible week at the US Open, dinners, work, and time with old friends, I couldn’t stop thinking about how much the culture has changed.

I’m taking you back to my New York days - working in fashion and PR, doing the door at The Box, sneaking into Alexander Wang parties, dancing until we were dripping sweat, and experiencing nightlife before every moment became content. We’re talking influencers getting paid to attend parties, the pressure to constantly perform online, why everything feels so curated now, and whether social media has officially killed the vibe.

But it also got me thinking about something bigger: when is enough actually enough? How much success, money, content, and growth do we really need - and what if a good life is actually about community, family, friendship, and having a fucking good time?

I miss when the girls were dancing on tables. Let’s bring back FUN.

an advice column, but make it a podcast Sep 09, 2026
    Show notes

i've decided i'm starting an advice column on substack, because i want to create more community in a really positive way. i'm hoping to build a little corner of substack where the girls are actually supporting each other and lifting each other up when things are hard, instead of just scrolling past it.

before i launch it there, i wanted to test it out here first with some real questions from you guys.

so in this episode i'm answering things like what you actually do when a guy you've been talking to long distance, someone you have genuinely never met in person, tells you he wants to fly into your town. exciting, or a red flag with a nice haircut.

i also get into the one i get asked constantly, which is whether davide and i actually sit down and have dinner together every single night, and what that really looks like versus what people assume from the outside.

and then the one that actually made me sit with it for a minute, which is how do you stay open to the world, genuinely open, soft, still willing to hope, when it so often feels like a tragic place. i don't have a neat answer for that one, but i gave a real one.

consider this the pilot episode of the column. if it goes well, you're all getting a lot more of my unsolicited opinions very soon.

The Man Behind Flamingo Estate - Mother Earth's Favorite Child, Richard Christiansen Sep 02, 2026
    Show notes

Before Flamingo Estate became one of the most beloved lifestyle brands in the world, Richard Christiansen was running a fast, urban, client driven creative agency. Today he's a rural Australian farm kid turned custodian of a hundred plus farms and makers, and the author of Pleasure Principles, a book that draws its wisdom from gardens rather than boardrooms.

In this conversation, Richard and I talk about what it actually means to slow down while running a business that keeps growing. We get into the daily rituals that have nothing to do with work, the difference between expensive and truly luxurious, and the plant lessons from his book that took the longest to sink in. We also talk about hospitality in its truest sense, the people who shaped his taste, and what he'd tell someone to do if they only had twenty minutes to experience one pleasure from his world.

This is a conversation about beauty, patience, and building something rooted enough to last.

How to Stop Future Tripping & Actually Enjoy Your Life Aug 19, 2026
    Show notes

Solo episode today! I’m answering your questions and giving a little life update as I head to Mexico with Carmela for her stem cell treatment, what I’m hoping for, and why I’m choosing to approach the trip with gratitude instead of fear.

I’m also getting into my advice for starting a brand in your 20s (hint: get some life experience first), why the best brands are built around a real point of view, and everything I learned from my years at Reformation. Then we talk weddings—why yours should feel personal instead of like a content shoot, the details that made mine so special, and why your guests’ experience matters more than getting the perfect photo.

Plus, friendship breakups, anxiety, social media, sadness, gratitude, and the question I ask myself when I start spiraling: Is this real? Life is going to have hard moments, but I’m learning to stop future tripping, focus on what’s actually in front of me, and let myself enjoy the life I’ve worked so hard to build.

Sicily Recap with Davide! Aug 13, 2026
    Show notes

Davide is back on the pod for a very special al fresco episode! We’re recapping our summer in Sicily- from Taormina / Davide's hometown to beach clubs, long lunches, late-night gelato, traveling with two kids and the places we’ll always return to. We reminisce about the restaurant where Davide asked my dad for permission to propose, his past life as a Sicilian beach boy, Italian friendship and family culture, and why traveling with our kids has become so meaningful to us.

We also get into parenting anxiety, making room for intimacy after kids, ignoring judgment, and why I refuse to let fear of something being uncomfortable stop us from making memories as a family. Plus, Davide reflects on turning 38, the personal growth that’s gotten him here, and what it means to finally feel like it’s time to “be your own hero.”

My Honest Thoughts on Influencer Culture Aug 08, 2026
    Show notes

This week I'm unpacking the conversation that's been taking over the internet after the viral "No Influencers" sign in Nantucket—but it's really about something much bigger. I share why our recent trip to Sicily made me rethink my relationship with content creation, the pressure to perform online, and why authenticity feels harder than ever in the algorithm era. We talk about influencer culture, creativity, community, comparison, and why I still believe the internet can be one of the most beautiful tools we have when we use it thoughtfully. Plus, I open up about my own insecurities around social media, being Type B in a Type A online world, and why your unique perspective is the only thing worth protecting.
