Show notes
To all our listeners I want to wish happy holidays to you and the ones you love.
This week's story is an homage to an 80's horror classic "Killer Klowns from Outer Space." And had inspiration from the Canadian Horror Comedy "Slaxx."
Additionally, we at Discount Storytime have been looking for a sponsor and, after doing some market research, found that up to 60% of our audience uses indoor plumbing. Therefore, it only makes sense that Kohler sponsors us. So we have added a brief sample commercial to show Kohler what Discount Storytime can do for them. We also made a print ad.
Enjoy!
Also, you can also check out these great discussions of "Killer Klowns from Outer Space" and “Slaxx” on my favorite podcast, Werewolf Ambulance.
Content warning for movie spoilers, profanity, horror, violence, gore, and sexual themes. (If you are not in to horror, future stories with less horror and gore are on the way for 2026, we promise.)
Next week's episode is an end of the year compilation of Discount Ideas. Be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it!
