Dr. Bidra is a Board Certified Maxillofacial Prosthodontist and Director of the Prosthodontics Residency Program at UCONN School of Dental Medicine. He teaches Advanced Prosthodontics, Implant Surgery and Maxillofacial Prosthodontics to post-graduate dental residents. He lectures on dental implants at regional, national and international meetings, as well as published extensively on implant surgery and prosthodontics in international scientific journals. He has developed diagnostic, treatment and maintenance protocols for full arch fixed implant prostheses (hybrid prosthesis) that are used by many clinicians and prosthodontics programs in the United States. He has invented implant prosthetic components and is a co-inventor of an implant design.

Dr. Bidra's private practice is located in Meriden, CT and is limited to Implant Surgery and Advanced Prosthodontics with an emphasis on Esthetics and Full Arch Fixed Implant Bridges.

Richard was born in Dublin in the 7Os, not far from where he practices now. He grew up in the inner city and his journey and career in dentistry has travelled a million miles over the years. He graduated dental training in 1995, spent a period of time in hospital training in the UK, then returned to private practice. Never satisfied, he decided to make the biggest decision of his life and return to college as a mature student, while running a busy practice at the same time. His full-time three year post graduate periodontal training in the dental hospital in periodontology was completed in 2010. His particular research during that time focused on nano-surface implant technology and bone augmentation materials, funded by 3I Biomet Zimmer, the US company based in Florida .

He now holds a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Periodontology) and a diploma from the European Federation of Periodontology and established the Mint Clinic in 2012 where his practice is limited to periodontology and dental implantology. He is a lecturer, mentor and advisor to many companies. He has written numerous articles and publications, but it is the last five years that has seen incredible change in Richard's life, where he has constantly sought to push the boundaries and is now involved with Charity Radio FM and Ireland's first oral and dental health symposium to take place in May.

AADOM also honored Courtney with the Office Manager of Distinction Award 2 years in a row; an award only given to 8 recipients throughout the nation each year. Most recently, Dental Product Reports named Courtney as one of the Top 25 Women in Dentistry for 2016, a recognition she is beyond grateful to represent within this industry.

She has received national publications on practice management articles that been featured in DentistryIQ, Dental Assisting Digest, and The Observer. Dr. Evans, who graduated from high school in Williamsburg, Virginia, began his professional career at East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree. He then conducted cancer research at the National Institute of Health before returning to graduate school at the Medical College of Virginia, where he received a Master of Science degree in Microbiology and Immunology. Dr. Evans continued his education, earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the Medical College of Virginia in 1982. He has also served as adjunct faculty at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Since beginning his dental career, Dr. Evans has continually added to his knowledge base by attending professional educational courses, adding up to more than 1900 hours of advanced education. To this day, Dr. Evans attends conferences and continuing education courses that will allow him to provide the latest in professional care to his valued patients.

Dr. Evans is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, part of an elite group of dentists that consists of less than 1800 professionals worldwide. Reaching this level of education requires surpassing the Fellowship award, which in itself is a prestigious accomplishment, and completing the most rigorous educational program for dental professionals.

With a desire to better the dental field, Dr. Evans serves as a coach to other dental professionals, both on a local and national level, teaching practice management and efficiency. He also shares his personal knowledge regarding BioCompatible Dental Care with others in the field through speaking engagements.
