Smile Maker since 1979. Thirty years in dentistry has combined my education in dental hygiene and marketing/PR nicely. I've been coaching doctors to achieve business success since 1996. Our systems are based on clinical excellence, team communication, and streamlining data. As a public speaker, I've had the opportunity to share the stage with Tony Robbins, and most keynote speakers in Dentistry. From 1999 – 2003, I was co-director of the aesthetic hygiene program for PAC~Live at the University of Pacific, San Francisco. Teaching with David Hornbrook, and a great team of mentors. In 2005, Dr. Bruce Baird and I joined forces to create Productive Dentist Academy.

Dr. Nordstrom grew up on a farm in Viking, Alberta. His father, Dr. Bryan Nordstrom, has been the dentist in Viking since 1980. Dr. Nordstrom graduated from High School in Viking and then attended the University of Alberta in Edmonton where he achieved his Bachelor of Medical Science degree, and then his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2005.

After Dental School, Dr. Nordstrom moved to Whitehorse, Yukon to work for the Pearson Dental Group, where he practiced general dentistry in both Whitehorse and Watson Lake for two years. Dr. Nordstrom gained immeasurable experience from his time in the Yukon, guided by two great mentors, Dr. Ron Pearson and Dr. John Stern.

Dr. Nordstrom married his wife Angela Sachs in 2007, and they decided to buy a dental practice in Alberta to be closer to family and friends. They investigated both Rimbey and Wainwright as potential locations, but settled on Wainwright. They have operated Nordstrom Dental in Wainwright since 2007, and have built the practice into a successful business. In 2012 they decided to expand their business and Rimbey was the obvious choice for them considering the proximity to Angela's family, as well as the thriving and dynamic nature of the Town of Rimbey and surrounding areas.

Dr. Nordstrom and his wife Angela have one son, Truman and a daughter, Lucia. Dr. Nordstrom enjoys the great outdoors, bee keeping, and is an avid hunter. Angela is an accomplished artist, although her children seem to take up most of her time now, leaving little for her to pursue her artistic passion. The Nordstrom's are very excited to be able to spend more time in Rimbey and plan to take full advantage of the many outdoor activities (especially the lakes) that can be enjoyed in the area.

Bruce B. Baird, DDS is a well respected cosmetic and family dentist in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. His practice is located in Granbury, Texas. Dr. Baird's expertise as an implant dentist has afforded him the skill to perform dental implant surgery and restorations since the mid-1980s. In 1990, he established the Texas Centers for Implant Dentistry, a mobile practice that allowed him to work with more than 25 doctors in the region. Recognizing his ability to help other dentists to achieve the same success he has experienced in his practice, Dr. Baird partnered with Vicki McManus, RDH to create Productive Dentist Academy. Charles received a Bachelor of Arts in marketing from University of Texas at Arlington. He joined CWA in 2001, and plays a critical role in growing the firm's client base as the director of business development and marketing.

He regularly speaks to dental schools and residency programs, study clubs, dental symposiums and state and national dental meetings. As an Investment Advisor Representative of CWA, Charles and his team work with prospective clients daily, initiating the relationship with CWA.

Dr. Jason Sala and Dr. Todd Sala were born and raised in Reno and are 4th generation Nevadans. Dr. Jason joined his father's practice in 2003 and welcomed his brother, Dr. Todd, in 2004. They both received bachelor's degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville, the school where their father, grandfather, and great-grandfather all graduated from as well. Both are active members of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Nevada Dental Association, the Northern Nevada Dental Society, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Less than one percent of dentists in the United States have received these distinctions.

Dr. Jason & Dr. Todd have been teaching dentists and other medical professionals from all over the United States, Canada, and Europe on how to improve their patient care since 2011. They continue to stay up to date by completing over the required continuing education requirements, in an effort to provide Nevadans with the most comfortable dental practice and techniques possible.
