What is a Clarity Call? Let’s take a moment to bask in the beauty of stillness.

Let us breathe in the peace that surrounds us when we are still.

PAUSE (5 SEC)...

In the midst of our busy lives,

It can be easy to forget the importance of stillness.

We rush from one task to the next,

Always on the move,

Always doing something.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

But in the quiet moments,

When we allow ourselves to simply be,

We find a sense of calm that soothes our souls.

PAUSE (10 SEC)...

Stillness is not just the absence of movement or noise,

It’s a state of mind.

When we are still,

We allow ourselves to be present in the moment,

To fully experience the world around us.

We let go of our worries and concerns, and embrace the serenity of the present moment.

In this stillness,

We find a space to breathe,

To rest,

To reflect.

We allow ourselves to be gentle with ourselves,

To offer ourselves the kindness and compassion we so often give to others.

We find that in this stillness,

We can be our true selves,

Unencumbered by the noise and distractions of the world.
