Building Your Digital Persona with Nicole Tremaglio Feb 09, 2021
    Show notes

    Send us Fan Mail

Being part of the digital world and being noticed easily may sound like a challenge to many, but what if it wasn’t actually that hard? Our guest today is Nicole Tremaglio, digital platform adviser for fitness and lifestyle personalities, speaker, and dancer. In her own words, also a brand architect! Nicole knows everything about building digital personas, being your own boss and embracing our past in order to boost your presence.

    Highlights:

    • Nicole talks about her own digital persona: how it evolved and how it is still evolving. She refers to how she tries to do her best to show her full self, although she considers having a “disjointed identity”—she integrated her personal brand with her business persona.
    • The digital world is always evolving and we have the right to evolve with it; although we may not always feel comfortable with it. The pandemic left us the certainty that we always have to be on the cutting edge of technology.
    • Nicole refers to the importance of being true to yourself, and explains how she dived into entrepreneurship. When doing so, she decided not to have a corporate identity, and determined she could evolve to a different version of herself.
    • What you went through in your life makes you who you are today; Nicole believes you should embrace your present and don’t be so hard on your past self.
    • Nicole is curious about the process of knowledge and learning in general: she believes this is what separates successful and fulfilled adults from the ones who “float around.” Being committed in learning makes you more engaged in everything you do!
    • There is a lack of mentorship lately inside the work environment: Nicole strongly believes that we should learn to think outside the box and solve problems or different issues by ourselves, instead of waiting for our boss to do so.
    • Nicole gives us some tips for leaving the corporate world and finally jumping into entrepreneurship.

Are you tired of apologizing for just being yourself? Well, then it’s time to learn how to be unapologetically yourself! There’s no one who can explain this better than Bri Seeley: Bri is Google’s #1 Entrepreneur Coach, who helps entrepreneurs and businesses create long-term, sustainable success—on their terms! Through her signature training, Bri guides entrepreneurs through the journey to create, build and grow their one of a kind business – while transforming into the most incredible, powerful, and profitable entrepreneur you could ever imagine.
    Highlights:

    • Bri delves into her personal battle with speaking her own truth: since the young age of 14, Bri decided to be herself and do what she needed to do in order to be happy, even if that meant being rejected by those who she loved.
    • The importance of creating a business plan as well as a personal success plan is that you need to have both in order to succeed as an entrepreneur.
    • Before becoming a Business Coach for Entrepreneurs, Bri ran her own fashion label, which helped her realize that there’s SO much more going on in the world of entrepreneurship: marketing, customer service, financial management, sales, and more!
    • Bri realized that she loved fashion and business, but not the combination of both. She then started working with coaches who helped her develop her inner strength and use her talent to develop her one-of-a-kind vision.
    • To become an entrepreneur, you need to have a clear vision, passion, and motivation, and these cannot be taught! But what you can learn is everything about financial management, how to outsource, and those kinds of abilities.
    • Entrepreneurship is all about tenacity: you have to learn to keep going even when things get ugly.

Essentially, how we decide to market ourselves is based on the objective of igniting a desire in others. Today’s guest, Aimee Batuski, shines a light on this topic! Aimee is an intimacy coach that has helped successful women from entrepreneurs to mothers, artists, C-Suite executives, and even other coaches across the country. Aimee delivers talks and leads workshops on how we can use desire, intimacy, and connection to deepen all relationships, including business relationships!
    Highlights:

    • Aimee describes her journey from living a money and fear-led life to now living a desire-led life.
    • Most people don’t realize that in order to make a business flow, you can actually engage your desires, connect with pleasure, and make business more magnetic.
    • Women have been taught by society to get things done without making any mistakes, but Aimee actually teaches her clients to get vulnerable and get messy, which is a far more honest and truthful side to work on.
    • By showing this vulnerability, women become more authentic, they share more freely, and they are willing to be seen, which is extremely important to market themselves and their brands openly.
    • Any experience of your life can actually become more pleasurable if you ask yourself to do so!
    • Sharing your truth and practicing small requests for your desires can help you learn to receive what you want.

Feeling unworthy or uncomfortable at some point of our lives is totally normal––but unfortunately, it could lead to having Impostor Syndrome. Today’s guest, Lauren Ammon, is here to explain this issue and how to overcome it. Lauren is the founder of Unlimited Leader, a coaching business in which she helps high-performing women to obtain clarity and to connect to their inner purpose and superhero to completely transform their professional lives into something they love.
    Highlights:

    • Lauren explains that women tend to suffer from Impostor Syndrome when they are mothers or when they are stay-at home moms.
    • When becoming a mother, you learn a lot about yourself and your children, and staying at home to take care of them should be seen as a valuable experience above all.
    • For Lauren, the first and foremost way to get out of Impostor Syndrome is to acknowledge that it’s there: awareness is already a big step.
    • The current generation of younger kids have huge expectations imposed on them which society expects them to meet, and Lauren explains how it shouldn’t be that way.
    • Some life values or rules may not serve you or work for you forever, and it’s okay to let them go.
