    Notes:

    - The enemy accuses you before God of being unfit, a liar, a sinner deserving of hell- Satan is trying to make God look bad for loving you- Sometimes God lets Satan loose on us as he did to Job; our lives seem to come all to pieces, blindsided by things we just can’t handle- Jesus took my sins; I’m no longer responsible for them- If I never feel anything again I am still saved- If God is for me, who can be against me?- A lot of things we are accused of, we are guilty of- Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect?- We are justified freely by His grace- Jesus intercedes for us; we are victorious through Jesus Christ

    Notes:

    - I don’t have the power to overcome, and often not the desire- We’re told there’s a level to achieve... you’re not there- You didn’t save yourself and cannot keep yourself; salvation begins and continues in Christ; through Him we overcome; sustained by His spirit- Lazarus was dead as we were; Jesus comes to raise us up- Spiritual death; the world doesn’t know they’re living in the worst condition- People think to get to heaven they must do something; only way is to believe in Jesus Christ; if one work is required then it is not by grace- Nothing can separate me from God; not my failure, inconsistency or carnal ways- Love and mercy in action are God’s grace to me- God’ grace is forever and unconditional- God will use your weakness- God didn’t take away the thorn in Paul’s side; when have you seen a miracle?- The grace of God does not discriminate- When you were saved, God justified you

    - Old Testament for Jewish people; New Testament come through Jesus for gentiles- People taking Passover offering-a gimmick, celebrating Jewish festivals, etc.- All I need to do is get my own life straight with God- How did the temple become the trash dump? Someone didn’t want to take the time to do the right thing. Hezekiah called to clean it out- Our bodies are the temple: to keep it clean there is constant discomfort- It is impossible to live without accumulating trash, but what you do with the trash determines how close you are to the Lord- People using the temple for their on ungodly uses; how we keep the temple is how we thing of God- People (in our society) are not moved by the gospel like they used to be- I’ve got to take care of my temple; the Bible has not changed; God’s rules not changed

The government of Israel driven by Hasidic Jews but they don’t serve in military, don’t pay taxes, etc.- Great deal of harm being done by evangelicals.- John Hagee (not by name): believes in dual covenant... that Jews don’t need Jesus to be saved, known as a friend of Israel- We do Jews a great disservice when we don’t tell them they need to be born again- A great persecution is coming to Israel...

The church enticed to live loose lives... lasciviousness, living free... the sexually immoral can not go to heaven- Satan will wear out the saints; we are supposed to be victorious conquerors- Nothing wears out the saints like family problems- You can’t be honest with family members so you have to endure, dodge issues- Parents are often blind to or overlook their children’s weaknesses and mistakes- When in an inescapable situation there is only one way to overcome... I decide to take care of myself and let God take care of everyone else- By happy, encourage, forgive, be tolerant, flexible, serve Jesus... don’t be the source of tension or the cause of an argument...- It’s not about my feelings or my children’s... serve God no matter what- Be a peacemaker and a servant
