    • In this episode, Sheila Hawkins is the Personal Productivity Alchemist and she helps women business owners gain the time and freedom they crave using her unique system based on who they are, how they’re wired and how they work.
    • Sheila share her unique system is based on understanding who you are, how you're wired,how you interact with time and how you work. The conversation revolves around the concept of productivity personas, with four distinct types: the wild child, the sergeant, the easy breezy, and the deep thinker.
    • She explains the four types: The wild child is the creative type who can easily get distracted by bright shiny objects. The sergeant is organized and structured but struggles with delegating and self-care. The easy breezy persona is laid back and tech-savvy but tends to procrastinate. The deep thinker is a visual and detail-oriented individual who may struggle with perfectionism and procrastination.
    • Sheila shares a personal story of how she stumbled upon her approach after stepping on a toy car and realized the importance of tailoring systems to individuals' unique needs. She explains how each persona faces different challenges and provides examples of how simple techniques can help them overcome those challenges.
