Colin Macy-O'Toole (Below Deck Med) Jul 13, 2020

Show notes

Colin Macy-O’Toole from Below Deck Med steps Behind The Rope. Colin discusses why he thinks the Below Deck Franchise (Below Deck, Below Deck Med and Sailing Yacht) is amongst the highest rated of all of Bravo’s shows. He then enlightens us on the reputation of the Below Deck series in the real life “yachting” industry and the differences between a real life charter and that which we see on TV. Of course, we need answers to some of life's most burning questions - the highest tip he has ever received, the best charter guest, the worst charter guest, Chef Adam or Chef Ben and the most outrageous demand a guest has ever made. We then discuss this current season of Below Deck Med and his relationships with both Captain Sandy and Hannah Ferrier. Colin explains how he got hired to work on the Below Deck yacht and cast on the Bravo juggernaut, which was supposed to originally be for a different season with Captain Lee. Colin also shares his thoughts on his relationships off camera with Below Deck past and present: Kate Chastain, Malia White, Joao Franco, and Anastasia Surmava. Colin lets us know how his Podcast “Radio Check” is going as well as his “booming” Rap Career. Finally, having been a Fire Island Ferry Captain he talks, with our prodding, about some of his famous guests such as Scar Jo, Jimmy Fallon, and Wanda Sykes. Of course, we also discuss one of Fire Island’s most famous Summer Residents, Andy Cohen, and that one time he and Colin met in a rather “compromising” situation. Pull up those anchors and listen in.

Ok, on to some Vanderpump Rules talk. What was it like being there in the beginning before the VanderWorld became as big as it now is? What is it like hanging with The Toms and rest of the cast? How did Jeremy end up living in Tom and Ariana’s old apartment? Does he think Tom and Ariana will ever tie the knot? What does his family think about Fancy AF Cocktails and all the success Ariana has achieved at such a young age? Jeremy's favorite drink at Sur and the most popular drink at Sur? The People's Couch / Newlyweds: The First Year's Tina Sugandh Jul 06, 2020

Show notes

Tina Sugandh from Bravo’s Newlyweds: The First Year steps Behind The Rope. Did you know Newlyweds is the 9th highest ranked Bravo show to binge during Corona? Did you know, Tina was voted one of the top Bravolebrities to watch? How about her past with The Real Housewives of New York City? Calling from her car, with a bottle of wine in hand (where else is a mom of three supposed to escape to), Tina, one half of the infamous “Tina and Tarz”, tells all. Of course, let's not forget that the couple became fixtures on The People’s Couch shortly after Newlyweds, and David needs all his questions about that classic answered. Oh yea, there is also the fact that she played drums with Ringo Starr. Say whaaat? Grab your wine, start your engines and have a listen. This is a classic from the Bravo Vault that absolutely cannot be missed!!

Rori Sassoon (#RHONY) Jul 03, 2020

Show notes

As seen on last night’s The Real Housewives of New York City, Love Agent Rori Sassoon steps Behind The Rope. Rori explains how she became a love agent and established her successful New York City based matchmaking business Platinum Poire. After explaining how she became a love agent, we get right into what everyone wants to talk about, RHONY. Her first cast member friend, Carole Radziwill. Didn’t see that one coming. Rori was the one responsible for bringing “Red Scarf Guy” into our, and Bethenny Frankel’s, life (kinda). Red Scarf didn't chose Ramona, as we all saw play out on a season past. Fear not Ropers. Rori came back to the rescue on last nights The Real Housewives of New York City to try to find Ramona a better match. We discuss, Bethenny’s new man, what we think of their relationship, and her inevitable exit from RHONY. We also discuss Tinsley leaving RHONY and what we predict for her future with Scott. Plus, what type of guy does Rori recommend for Sonja, Luann, Dorinda and Ramona and who do we think will be the first one married out of them. Finally, we need her opinion on other famous Match Makers such as Patti Stanger and how she thinks she can help #RHONJ's Teresa and Dolores and Vanderpump Rules' Kirsten Doute. A jam packed episode not to be missed.

Sophia D'Angelo - Camp Getaway Jul 02, 2020

Show notes

Our fireside chats with the Camp Getaway cast continue by welcoming Sophia D’Angelo, from the hit Bravo series, Behind The Rope. Taking time off from running her event planning business, which has transitioned for the time being to on line events, Sophia chats about the challenges of starting both a new job at Camp Getaway and the presence of cameras while doing so. Uncertain at first if being a reality show were the right fit for her, Sophia almost didn’t say yes to this opportunity and boy is she happy, (as are we) she did. Tune in to hear all about the ins and outs of working at Camp Getaway, filming with Bravo, and what we can expect as the rest of this fun filled season unfolds. Sophia is an avid Bravo Watcher and was more than eager to discuss her favorite show, Summer House. Thank you Sophia for sharing your favorite and least favorite Summer House roommate of all time. As most conversations Bravo related, all roads lead back to The Real Housewives - the favorites, not so favorites, and everything in between.

Craig Ramsay - (MJ BFF, Ex Lea Michele Colleague, Bravolebrity, Fitness Guru) Jul 01, 2020

Show notes

David welcomes Craig Ramsay from the hit Bravo TV shows Thintervention with Jackie Warner and Newlyweds: The First Year. Does everyone remember those classics? We do. Craig can also be seen with husband Brandon Liberati on Shahs of Sunset due to this close friendship with Mercedes Javid. #MJ. Originally from Canada, Craig came to the States to pursue his Broadway career. Speaking of Broadway, he worked with both Rosie O’Donnell - she was wonderful - and Lea Michele - if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. Well Craig says it all and we say - THANK YOU CRAIG - about Lea Michele. He met his husband, Celebrity Hairstylist Brandon Liberati, right after he started filming Thintervention, at the gym. OG of the OC Jeana Keough told him he was going to marry Brandon. Flash forward and Brandon and Craig were navigating the first year of marriage as a same sex couple on national TV. In other news, Craig explains how he met MJ, the drama that unfolded between Reza and MJ this past season on Shah’s, what filming the explosive Shah’s season finale was like and what he thinks is yet to come for our famous Persian Los Angelenos. Craig also has strong IRL ties to Danielle Staub. Do tell. Finally, we should mention Craig is a Fitness Guru who has not only entertained us during quarantine with his home workouts (they include wine) but has trained the likes of Ariana & Jeremy Madix as well as Tom Sandoval.
