Selling Sunset's Maya Vander Steps Behind the Rope. Checking in from Miami Florida, with a full house including a 6 week and 15 month old, Maya is here to chat about the new season of Selling Sunset. Originally from Israel, Maya fills us in what it is like to split her time between Miami and LA, where she works at the famed Oppenheim Group as seen in Seasons 1 and 2 of Selling Sunset, and the differences between selling real estate in the two markets. Maya explains how she was cast on Selling Sunset, what filming was like, and her feelings about how she was portrayed on the show. Maya is kind enough to answer our questions about her colleagues Christine, Chrishell, Mary, Heather, Amanza, Davina as well as Jason and Brett. We also discuss those other LA Agents, the boys and girls from Million Dollar Listing LA, and the differences between the two shows. Of course, we had to bring up Exec Producer Adam DiVello, who was also responsible for one of the Granddaddy’s of them all, The Hills and our love for that classic show. We also discuss the power of Netflix, how Covid probably helped blow up Season 2, and what to expect in Season 3 (for those who have not yet streamed). Finally, with Maya in Miami a good chunk of the time, we talk about the possibility of a possible Miami spinoff in the near future.

Noelle opens up about her feelings, after watching herself back, on how she was portrayed during Ladies of London's freshman year. Finally, we discuss her cast mates Caroline Stanbury, Marissa Hermer, Juliet Angus, Annabelle Neilson, Caprice Bourret, and Julie Montagu - who did she know before filming, whose friendships were changed as a result of the show, and who Noelle still keeps in touch with today. Oh yes, we have 101 questions and David G. is kind enough to answer them all about his famous, or shall we say infamous, employers. What WAS working for each like, what was the interview process like, what is the most shocking thing he saw and heard? Oh my, thank you David G. for indulging us. These two Davids met, where else, at a Countess & Friends Cabaret - do we see a pattern here? They reconnected at this season's anti bullying event that was filmed for RHONY. What was that event like? Who ended up doing what off camera? David Squared are here to discuss all. Finally, the two Davids bond over Bravocon where Yontef attended as press on behalf of BTVR and Goldberg assisted Miss Zarin in the sales of her rugs. Assisting Jill also got David Goldberg backstage in the green room at Bravocon's Infamous Watch What Happens Live. Rinna, Gizelle, EJ, oh my. Jealous much - yes yes and yes. Melissa Rivers Steps Behind The Rope. David and Melissa get right into it like old friends. They waste no time in talking about dating, or lack thereof, during Covid and ponder whether dating is ever really worth it if you can’t sleep with the air conditioning at the temperature you prefer or if you have to give up sleeping diagonal?. Melissa lets us know how quarantine has been going with son Cooper and what quarantining with Joan would have been like. One way Melissa has been keeping busy during quarantine is with her own “Group Text with Melissa Rivers” Podcast where she talks about, well, everything her friends and her talk about in a group text. #brilliant #funny. Reflecting back on her own life, as well as the life of her Icon, Comedic Genius, Legend of a Mother Joan Rivers, we discuss the origins of “Who Are You Wearing” and how that one phrase changed Red Carpets forever. That one phrase ultimately also helped lead to a little TV show known as “Fashion Police”, where Melissa was Executive Producer and later Host. Speaking of Fashion Police Hosts, we discuss Melissa’s colleagues Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic, George Kotsiopoulos, Nene Leakes, Brad Goreski, and Margaret Cho. Fashion has certainly taken a turn this year, but Melissa lets us know who is winning quarantine fashion and what Joan would think about wearing a mask. Pol’ Atteu and Patrik Simpson step Behind The Rope. Just two simple Beverly Hills boys, P2 stop by to discuss it all. Having originally met in New York City, it was love at first sight, long distance ensued, they made it work, and here we are. Of course, their family isn’t complete without Snow White 90201, their Mimi Maltese. She joins us for the chat. Their Pol Atteu Boutique in Beverly Hills is frequented by Sharon Shone, Bella Thorne, Ariel Winter, and Laverne Cox and last, but certainly not least, Betty White. It was an incident with Betty White that gave Patrik and Pol the idea to turn this into a TV show. Voila, Gown and Out in Beverly Hills. Season One on Amazon, Season Two Coming Soon. Like any smart designer, the boys have pivoted and from dresses to masks. Not just any masks, but fashion forward masks worn by everyone from Real Housewives such as Kyle Richards, Adrienne Maloof, Kelly Dodd, Gretchen Rossi, Joyce Giraud, Claudia Jordan and Emily Simpson to VanderKids Scheana Shay and James Kennedy to Pop Culture Icons like LaToya Jackson and Perez Hilton. They also share their wish list for who they would love to dress. Fingers crossed. On a more serious note, Pol also opens up about being the victim of a hate crime at one of his Fashion Show's in the past. James Harris, from Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, steps Behind The Rope. Born and raised in London, James grew up with his MDLLA counterpart David Parnes (Prior BTVR guest, yeah!). James originally came to Los Angeles for a vacation to visit his Dad. Within two weeks of being in LA he was approached to start a job. He took the job. Flash forward fifteen years later and here we are. A real estate lover’s dream. James & David ended up at Mauricio Umansky’s “ The Agency”. One day James got a call from a casting agency. The show was Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing LA. Weeks later, our favorite Brits were filming for the show. James discusses the challenges of filming and doing deals in real time on air, clients who want to be on the show, clients who don't want to be filmed, that real estate porn we all love to watch, and just how amazing life is being part of the hit Bravo show. James also lets us know who his favorite cast mate is, other than David, of course, and who he would hire to sell his house. What? You knew we would have to discuss The Josh’s Flagg and Altman as well as Tracy Tutor. We also had to discuss his New York City Counterparts - Freddy, Ryan, Steve, Luis and Tyler.
