Alexis Bellino - (on RHOC Past/Current/Future, Whether She Would Really Ever Return & "Jesus Jugs") Sep 06, 2022

Show notes

Alexis “Jesus Jugs” Bellino steps Behind The Rope. Today we share this never before released gem from the vault. Alexis takes us back to the beginning of her Real Housewives of Orange County journey, when then husband Jim brought her to the Season One Premiere Party and she met the then cast Vicki Gunvalson, Jo De La Rosa, Jeana Keough, Lauri Peterson and Kimberly Bryant. Fast forward several years, and Alexis was cast as a main RHOC cast member Season Five. The rest is history. Not so fast. Alexis opens up about how much life changed from when we saw her on RHOC as a married woman to Jim Bellino to her current life with love Andy Bohn. Alexis chats about the reasons for the demise of her marriage, the role, or lack thereof RHOC played in this demise, what it is like to now watch these scenes back all these years later, and what is was like to have the general public weigh in on your marriage. Alexis also chats about her time on the hit Bravo show and cast mates Tamra Judge, Heather Dubrow, Gretchen Rossi, and Vicki Gunvalson - who was the hardest to work with and the status of each of these relationships today. Alexis also discusses her Christian Faith and how that played out on the show. Yes, for all those wondering, we do discuss Alexis’ moniker “Jesus Jugs” as bestowed upon her all those years ago by Tamra Judge. Speaking of Tamra, we DO bring up the Jim Bellino law suit against her and Shannon Storms Beador. Alexis also weighs in on the current cast and we finally answer why or why not she would really ever go back despite all the rumors out there.

Chaz Dean (on Lisa Rinna, RHOBH, Nicollette Sheridan, 90210 and his Hair Empire) Sep 02, 2022

Show notes

Chaz Dean steps Behind The Rope. Checking in from the Hollywood Hills home he shares with his three Labradors, Chaz is here to tell it all. First things first, Chaz fills us in on his journey from his early days of working at a LA Salon to eventually purchasing that salon, developing WEN hair care products, taking over QVC and, of course, those infamous WEN infomercials - think Alyssa Milano and Brooke Shields - that we all love so much. Speaking of celebrities such as Brooke and Alyssa, his very first well known client was Nicolette Sheridan and from there things just took off. She told a friend who told a friend and soon he was doing hair for much of the Aaron Spelling Empire. That empire included such Superstars as 90210’s very own Shannen Doherty, Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth. As their stylist, Chaz heard and knew it all! The things he could, and does, tell! Let us not forget there was a time way back when where Shannen, Tori and Jennie didn’t exactly all see eye to eye. Our very own RHOBH Lisa Rinna was also a client and is a current friend. What happened when Nicolette Sheridan walked into his Salon one day while Rinna was in his chair? Umm, yea, exactly what you are thinking. Not well. There was also that one time he had to run to Casa Rinna for a Delilah Belle Hamlin hair emergency. Chaz has stories for days and we are LIVING for it. Chaz is also close with Lisa Vanderpump. Wait, how does that work also being friends with Rinna? Are you starting to see a trend? Tune in to hear it all - Chaz Dean, the man behind the WEN empire, chats about business, hair and what we love best, Celebrity on this Part I sit down of our interview with Chaz Dean.

RHOBH Cast & Bravo Rallies Around Garcelle, RHONY 2.0 & OG Casting Rumors, RHOC Begins Filming Amidst Tamra Drama & Scheana Marries Sep 01, 2022

Show notes

Garcelle Beauvais’ son was the subject of online troll attacks. We break down those attacks, the RHOBH casts’ reaction, Bravo’s reaction, the fans reaction and why many think Diana Jenkins is behind it all. In other RHOBH news, LVP has come out swinging against Mellenball who made derogatory comments about her brother, Kelly Dodd calls Mauricio and PK gross and RHOBH casting rumors continue to swirl with Diana, Crystal, Dorit and Rinna all rumored to have been considered to be on the chopping block. We dispel many of those rumors, who may be coming back and then chat RHONY 2.0 and OG casting. So many rumors, so little time. What is not a rumor is that our very own Scheana Shay tied the knot and Schwartzy and Raquel Leviss were said to be getting cozy. Filming for the OC has begun and not all of her cast mates are happy with the return of one Miss Tamra Judge. Nothing shocking there. Finally, Nene Leakes’ lawsuit against Andy Cohen was dismissed without prejudice. We break down what that means and what happens now for all parties involved.

Show notes

Heather Matarazzo steps Behind The Rope. Heather chats about the full trajectory of her career from her first film, The Sundance winning “Welcome to The Dollhouse”, to her current days as a working actress “making it” in Hollywood. Heather chats Dollhouse - what it was like to lead a feature film as your first project, how life changed after and why this film is still so beloved as the teen angst voice of “other” or “different” for many generations to come. We chat hot takes on some of Heather’s projects after Dollhouse - The Princess Diaries, Scream, Roseanne, The L Word and Grey’s Anatomy to name a few as well as co-stars such as Anne Hathaway, Neve Campbell and Ellen Pompeo. Heather opens up about the struggles she has faced over the years in Hollywood trying to find work, the many misperceptions the public has about life in the biz, her viral tweets on the subject earlier this year, and where she, and Hollywood, are today regarding it all! Finally, as a member of the LGBTQIA community, Heather talks representation, new movie “The Mattachine Family” and, of course, her wife’s tribute book to Queen Madonna because as we often say, all roads lead back to Madame M.
