Show notes

The day has come. Our first ever live Behind The Velvet Rope Podcast show with very special guest Kim D. First things first, Kim finally provides more details about the fall out of her friendship with Teresa Giudice and David chats about the demise of his with Jennifer Aydin. So much drama and we have not even begun. Next Kim breaks down Tre’s DWTS rehearsals and how this really is the year of Miss Giudice (and Mr. Luis Giudice). Next we head west to deep dive all the RHOBH drama - lawsuits, hidden scenes, one epic filmed reunion, social media feuds and casting rumors that we just cannot seem to ignore. Jenny McCarthy anyone? Since this is our first live show we mention it all, the upcoming returns of RHOP and RHOSLC, a RHOA season well done, missing RHOD, when we can expect to hear the RHONY cast announced, the drama Tamra is already bringing to RHOC and oh, so much more! As the winner of Real Housewives Bethenny Frankel once said, we mention it all!

Kim D. (on Kathy VS Kyle; Kathy VS Rinna, RHOBH Reunion Gossip & Tre Being Done Forever w/ The Gorgas) Sep 17, 2022

Show notes

What a week in RHOBH land. So much to cover so little time but Kim D. is here to help us make sense of it all. As rumors of the reunion circulate, we break it all down separating truth from embellished facts - sisterly rivalry, cover ups, lawsuits, casting rumors, social media disasters and what the viewing public is calling one of the darkest seasons of RHOBH in history. Kim shares her theories on how we got here and where we go next. Who is likely to stay and go, what celebs’ names are being thrown around and will the fans really boycott if certain members of the self deemed Fox Force Five are not terminated. In other news, Kim checks in on Tre’s Dancing With the Stars progress, Melissa’s reaction to DWTS, Luis’ excitement, just how many times we can expect to see Jennifer Aydin in the audience, the new looming RHONJ season, the fact that Mel and Tre will come face to face in a few short weeks at BravoCon and last, but certainly not least, Tre’s recent comments that it is finally over, done, finished, never to come back from with Melissa and Joe.

RHOSLC Trailer Drops, Raquel Leviss Hooks Up w/ Garcelle's Son, Tom Schwartz / Katie Maloney Update & More! Sep 16, 2022

Show notes

The RHOSLC trailer has dropped leaving more questions than answers as we ponder where did the Lisa Barlow “Vida” rumors originate, how did Meredith and Jen become so close, what or who caused Heather’s black eye and last, but certainly not least, will Season Three be all about Jen Shah as she prepares to face sentencing later this year. These and many more questions answered as we prepare for our fav Snowflake Holders to return in less than two weeks. In other news, Raquel Leviss has gone from Schwartzy to Garcelle’s son Oliver and back again (?), Scheana has gotten married, Lala is dating, Katie is blaming everyone, LVP skips a wedding and this is just the tip of the iceberg as Vanderpump Rules Season Ten continues to film. Finally, RHOBH has served up quite the season of drama both on and off screen which does not seem to be slowing down any time soon as we share this week’s latest shenanigans and still ponder just who will not return as this season winds down and heads into reunion.

Show notes

Another week in RHOBH land, another week of more questions, concerns and drama of what is going on off screen as well as on. We break down what Erika Jayne’s win in the $5M aiding and abetting lawsuit really means, what legal troubles she still faces, what, if anything she really knew, and much more including where she goes from here from a legal point of view as the RHOBH season meanders on. On the east coast, after fourteen long years, She By Shereé is finally launched to one epic fashion show, support from Daddy Cohen himself, a crashed website and all sorts of fan/troll fodder accusing our never give up peach holder of “knock off” designs. We deep dive what it all means, was the launch a success and where Shereé goes from here as a peach holder member of RHOA, as a business woman, mom and single woman navigating the dating pool. Martell Holt anyone? Finally, we share updates on the new season of RHONJ and break down the drama filled OMG trailer for RHOP. It is a jam packed episode to say the least.

Alexandra Jarvis (on Selling The OC, Alex Hall, Alexandra Rose, The "Kayla" Kiss, Gretchen Rossi & Becoming an RHOC!) Sep 14, 2022

Show notes

Alexandra Jarvis steps Behind The Rope. Selling The OC’s “Jarvis”, that is. Jarvis is here to chat all about her freshman season on Neflix’s latest installment in its real estate “Selling” franchise. Jarvis breaks down all the drama she had with cast mates Alex Hall and Polly, office BFF and co-listing agent Alexandra Rose, boss Jason Oppenheim and all the man candy of the O Group OC office - Tyler, Austin, Gio and Sean. Speaking of man candy, we chat Jarvis’ fiancé as well as her legal degree, how door knocking leads to 20M listings and just which agents are the top in the OC office. Of course, we paid homage to Selling Sunset and broke down the public’s reaction and assignment of “villain” to nemesis Alex Hall. We address the allegations that her and Rose were not supposed to be part of the OC cast and deep dive into the “Kayla” kiss heard round the world. Finally, since she is an OC resident, and all roads lead back to Housewives here Behind The Rope, we discussed which of our fav orange holders she knows, past and present, and if one day we might see her with her very own orange. Of course, with the success of the show, we cannot help but look into the future. Season Two anyone?

This career, and her 6 New York Times best selling books, led her to Kelsey Grammer, who decided to make a TV show based on her life. Allison talks Medium, Patricia Arquette, the Emmys, giving up control in Hollywood and the highs and lows of fame. Of course, Kelsey led to Camille and Camille let to one of the most iconic scenes in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills', or any franchise’s, history cementing Allison as one of the most talked about Housewives’ cameos in Bravo history!

Show notes

It is official. The one, the only Miss Teresa “Tre” Giudice has officially joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars. Kim D. is here to break down how she thinks Teresa will perform, how far she predicts she will get in the competition, her fellow Reality TV dancers, and how one Mr. Luis Ruelas will be in the front row cheering her on week after week, every week. Heading west, what a week in RHOBH it has been. Diana Jenkins has not only come out swinging with cease and desist letters to all those claiming false narratives, but she has donated $100,000 to the Victims’ Families of Lion Air Flight 610 and is going after the alleged people behind the “Bot” attack on Garcelle’s Son Jax. As we have said many times before, do not F with someone worth a cool $250M. Just sayin'. Finally, we break down this week’s RHOBH - #team EJ is trending, Rinna to the rescue, Kathy is mad, Paris gets involved, and Kyle seems to have set her sisterly relations back once again. Show notes

There has been a lot of talk about Lisa Rinna’s RHOBH future and next season’s likely cast of RHOBH. We break down who is likely to stay, who is likely to go, who is likely to return from the past, who is likely to resign and will the online attack on Garcelle’s son affect any of this. In other West Coast Real Housewives news, we break down Tamra Judge’s return to RHOC, address rumors that the whole cast has united against Shannon and analyze whether Tamra’s return can save this seemingly broken franchise. Heading east, we shed light onto the truth behind those constant rumors that Ramona Singer will not be part of the RHONY Legacy show, Melissa Gorga’s involvement in perpetrating those rumors, and reveal the timeline of when we can realistically expect any legacy announcement. Two words - not soon!Lindsay and Carl get engaged, Scheana gets married, Schwartzy and Raquel kiss, Katie Maloney blames Scheana, Jax, Brittany and Kristen get dissed and much to our chagrin, all of this is being filmed for the upcoming seasons of Summer House and Vanderpump Rules respectively!
