Regular season finale Dec 31, 2019

Show notes

The boys are back for a New Years Eve episode for all your listening pleasure (or displeasure). They kick things off with some news, including an extension for a relatively new Raven, some of the firings that have gone on around the league, and of course how that relates to Baltimore's two hot commodity coordinators. They obviously give you a quick recap of the Ravens week 17 victory over Pittsburgh and what it means relative to this season as there isn't much of a tangible effect on the standings to speak of. Finally, they give a quick look ahead to the playoffs and what matchups they'll be looking forward to the most, and which ones to keep an eye on as Ravens fans. Have a safe and happy New Year everyone!

Marc Sessler Dec 18, 2019

Show notes

Jake is flying solo for this Wednesday slapper in which he has the pleasure of interviewing NFL Media's Marc Sessler. For the uninitiated, Marc is a longtime Browns fan who's worked for NFL Media for almost 10 years, and has been one of the four hosts of the excellent "Around the NFL" podcast. He hops on the show to give some perspective on what the last couple disappointing months as a Cleveland supporter have been like, and what he thinks they need to do get the organization back on track moving forward. Outside of a few housekeeping items at the top of the show such as pro bowl selections and Terrell Suggs being claimed by Kansas City, the episode is mostly focused around the interview, so we hope you guys enjoy, and see you on Friday for Jake and Spencer's official preview of Ravens at Browns. Follow the show on Twitter @PodcastBeatdown, and it's two hosts @Jakelouque and @ravens4dummies.
