EP 74: Girl, Take Care of You! Oct 10, 2022
    Show notes

"You have the power to manifest or make things happen in your life." -Dr. Alisha Reed

So how do you practice self-care?

Self-care is one of the most important things you can do for yourself. It's really easy to fall into the trap of thinking that if you just get through your to-do list, everything will be okay. But self-care isn't just about getting things done—it's about making the time and space in your life to take care of YOU first.

I know I've been MIA once again, and in this episode, I'd like to share with you how I take care of myself and what I did for the last three weeks.
