We look at Black Panther and the importance of the film being an unapologetically black film, particularly an African one. Alex also discusses other fandoms including RPG video games that integrate non-heteronormative relationships. (This episode was recorded before the release of the film, so there are no spoilers of Black Panther beyond the first trailer! )
