#97 - Is your partner sceptical about pro-metabolic eating and this program? with Mick Saunders Mar 09, 2022
    Show notes

A lot of women in our program have families and partners. And oftentimes, their partners are sceptical. They’ve seen their wives cycle through so many diets and programs over the years, and so it’s easy to assume that this is just another fad diet which they will give up after a few months or that will get them results but not be sustainable. Yet, this couldn’t be the farthest thing from the truth!

So, I decided to sit down with one of these women’s partners. Mick is Lynn Saunders’ husband (Lynn has done amazingly well in our program). He’s seen her go through various diets (at least one a year for 30 years!), so he has heaps of insight into what it’s been like through all of the ups and downs.

In this episode, Mick and I chat about:

➡️What it was like watching his wife go through all these different diets

➡️What he thought when she first started the WinAtLife program

➡️What changes he’s noticed in her since she’s joined the program

➡️The impact the program has had on their relationship

➡️The investment and has it been worth it?

➡️The benefits Mick has seen for himself through pro-metabolic eating - he's actually lost 15 kgs just by adopting the nutrition and lifestyle changes Lynn has

Happy listening I hope you find this podcast helpful and don't forget to take a screenshot of the episode and share it on Instagram stories and tag me at @kittyblomfield. Each month I choose someone who has shared and they get a tub of Saturée Premium Collagen valued at $79.

#95 - How your beliefs can sabotage your behaviour and what you can do about it with Carol Nedov Mar 02, 2022
    Show notes

[NEW PODCAST🎙] How your beliefs can sabotage your behaviour and what you can do about it with Carol Nedov

A common thing I see with women when they join our programs is that they come in and they have all the tools, education and support they need but then they self-sabotage. It’s not that they don’t know what to do or they don’t have the support they need. It’s just for whatever reason, they just don’t do it. So, I wanted to have Carol on the podcast to talk about how our beliefs can sabotage our behaviour, and what you can do about it.

Carol is actually a client of ours, and she’s become a friend. She contributes a lot to our community and is a psychotherapist, so she knows a lot about this topic.

In this episode, Carol and I talk about:

    ➡️How self-sabotage manifests

➡️How the stories you tell yourself can either help you blossom or hold you back

    ➡️Ways women self-sabotage

➡️How to develop a tolerance for uncomfortable emotions

➡️Where these self-sabotage habits arise from

➡️How to change your beliefs to stop self-sabotaging

➡️Changing who you believe you are and building an improved identity

    ➡️Hitting standards and not goals

Happy listening I hope you find this podcast helpful and don't forget to take a screenshot of the episode and share it on Instagram stories and tag me at @kittyblomfield. Each month I choose someone who has shared and they get a tub of Saturée Premium Collagen valued at $79.

#91 - Can I achieve my fat loss and health goals without tracking my food? with Craig McDonald Feb 16, 2022
    Show notes

The type of food you eat, the quality of the food you eat, the nutrient content of the food you eat and the digestibility of the food you eat is important.

But so is the amount of food you eat and the macronutrient breakdown.

Feedback is critical to learning how to do anything better and to achieving a specific result.

Let me ask you this, if you're not getting the result you want and you're not tracking your food and other biofeedback markers how do you know what to change?

    The answer is YOU DON'T.

I know a lot of women that have a negative connotation when it comes to tracking their food.

So, I decided to sit down with my partner Craig — the other half of WinAtLife — and chat about why tracking is so beneficial and how you can overcome your negative mindset around it. In this episode, Craig and I discuss:

    ➡️Why is tracking important?

➡️How it’s really easy to overeat or undereat without tracking

➡️Why tracking is necessary if you have fat loss or body composition goals

➡️Why this data is essential when it comes to making decisions on what you need to change so you can reach your goals

➡️The actual amount of time it takes to track your food

➡️How tracking can help you improve or maintain your health markers like sleep, energy, hormone balance

➡️How to shift your your mindset around tracking

➡️Our tips on how to make tracking easy and stress free

➡️Do you need to track strictly forever?

Matt has this amazing house with goats and beehives on his property. We talk a little bit about how that’s coming along in the first part of the podcast. But the main portion of this episode is about Panacea, which is one of MITOLIFE’s products made of shilajit.....Craig and I take daily.

    Matt and I chat about:

    ➡️What is shilajit?

    ➡️Where shilajit comes from

    ➡️How it supports your body

    ➡️What minerals are in shilajit

➡️The improvements people experience when taking it

➡️When to take it and how much to take
