Join Rosemary Gladstar as she invites herbal elders to share the stories of their journey into the lush world of plants in these Inner-Views.
Welcome to our second episode of Voices of our Herbal Elders! In this episode, I am joined by the remarkable Kat Maier—renowned herbalist, founder of Sacred Plant Traditions, and author of Energetic Herbalism.
In this insightful conversation, Kat discusses bridging the gap between conventional medicine and herbalism, emphasizing the importance of rigorous training and the scientific aspect of herbal medicine. She also talks about community initiatives, such as a botanical mobile clinic, and the impact of plants on her life. I am always inspired by Kat’s ability to weave the worlds of spirit and medicine into a rich tapestry of meaning and this conversation was no exception!
