Share What You Know – Which Is A Lot! | Pr. Roy Gane Jun 16, 2025

Show notes

Salvation comes through a living faith that works through love, not just intellectual belief. Jesus calls us to total commitment, demonstrated by loving God and loving others as He loved us. The Holy Spirit's most important work is transforming our hearts by pouring God's love into them. As we behold Christ, we're changed into His image, becoming more loving. We're called to share this transformative love with others who need certainty, truth, direction, and urgency in these final moments of Earth's history.

If You Would Be Perfect | Pr. Jay Gallimore Jun 09, 2025

Show notes

Pastor Gallimore investigates Mark 10's story of the rich young ruler, and Jesus's command to sell all his possessions, take up his cross and follow him. We are called to pursue perfection, even though it seems impossible – and without God, it is impossible. But God transforms our hearts if we sacrifice everything to him, like Abraham did. We are called to trust the law and pursue God's unselfish love.

His Body, His Blood, Our Redemption | Pr. Daniel Gordan Jun 02, 2025

Show notes

Satan lied to Adam and Eve, promising them that if they ate the Forbidden Fruit, they would be like God. He sets up a worldview of grabbing and lusting for power in rebellion against God. But in the Passover feast, Jesus showed his disciples how to really become like God. Pastor Gordan explains how Jesus set an example of servitude: how his love and compassion can be our own as well.

The Million Dollar Prayer | Pr. Daniel Gordan May 27, 2025

Show notes

Daniel's unwavering commitment to prayer, even when it became illegal under King Darius's decree, demonstrates the true value of a consistent prayer life. Despite knowing he would face the lions' den, Daniel maintained his thrice-daily prayer routine with windows open toward Jerusalem. His faithfulness cost him everything temporarily but ultimately influenced the king to acknowledge the true God. Daniel's example challenges us to develop consistent prayer habits that sustain us through both good times and trials, treating prayer not as an emergency measure but as essential as breathing.

Running the Wrong Way | Pr. Junior Vertus May 19, 2025

Show notes

The parable of the Prodigal Son illustrates our tendency to misinterpret God's loving boundaries as restrictions on our freedom. When we run from God seeking independence, we often find ourselves in spiritual bondage instead. The story shows that true transformation begins with honest self-reflection, regardless of our circumstances. God eagerly awaits our return with open arms, ready to restore us fully, while also addressing the self-righteousness that can develop in those who never physically left but remain spiritually distant.

Where Is God? | Pr. Daniel Gordan May 12, 2025

Show notes

In the biblical account of Elijah at Mount Horeb, God reveals Himself not through dramatic displays of power, but through a gentle whisper. While we often seek God in dramatic manifestations like powerful winds, earthquakes, and fire, His transformative presence is found in moments of stillness and quiet reflection. This profound truth teaches us that God's power works not through external force, but through internal transformation. Creating space for silence and intentional listening allows us to experience His presence and guidance in our daily lives.

Preparation for the Final Crisis | Pr. Taariq Patel Apr 21, 2025

Jesus's interaction with His disciples after being rejected by a Samaritan village reveals essential truths about authentic discipleship. While the disciples wanted revenge, Jesus demonstrated that His mission was about saving lives, not destroying them. He taught that following Him requires complete commitment, often demanding sacrifice of comfort and certainty. True kingdom living involves preaching God's message, demonstrating His power, and moving forward without looking back at what we leave behind.
