    Scott and Pierre set up the 2020 NHL free agent season, which forecasts a busy month for signings and trades.

    Alex Pietrangelo, Taylor Hall and Torey Krug headline the players available, as free agency officially kicks off at noon on Friday.


    Burnsie and Pierre discuss that many NHL clubs have a lot of work to do to clear cap space, and that the free agent picture might not be cleared up by Friday night, negotiations could draw out for the entire month. The guys take a look at the list of players that have been waived, including Troy Stetcher, Kyle Turris and Anthony Duclair who now enter free agency.

    Plus, Pierre provides an update on Anton Khudobin and Mike Hoffman and the guys discuss what Max Domi/Josh Andersen trade and the untouchable list in Tampa Bay which doesn't include captain Steven Stamkos.

    2020 Stanley Cup Final is all business for Tampa & Dallas Sep 25, 2020

    Mark Spector, Senior Hockey Columnist with Sporetsnet.ca, joins Scotty ahead of the first of back to back Stanley Cup games in Edmonton. Game 4 may as well be a must win game for Dallas, as they trail Tampa and the series 2 games to 1.


    Spec and Burnsie discuss what the Stars must do in game 4 tonight vs Tampa to even the series. Specifically, the Stars need to stay out of the Penalty Box, Anton Khudobin needs to have the game of his life, and the Star veteran players, Tyler Seguin, Alex Radulov, Corey Perry and Joe Pavelski need to step up their efforts.


    Finally, Spec and Burnside look at the trade between Florida and Pittsburgh, and if this is just the beginning of a very active off-season in the NHL.
