    Episode 9: Narcissistic Families May 15, 2021
    Show notes

In this episode we talk about our own experiences in dealing with narcissistic parents and how we managed to get through it all. If you are listening and you are struggling with dealing with a narcissistic or unloving parent or family member - please know that it won’t always be this way. You can make the choice for yourself to distance from the toxicity. And if you can’t, there are ways to cope. Please remember that the things they may say or do to you do not define who you are or the love that you are worth. You are worth so much more than how one person, no matter who they are, may make you feel. You are loved! Thank you for listening to this episode and continuing to support our podcast! We appreciate it so much. Feel free to email us at tottalks99@gmail.com if you have questions, suggestions or just need someone to talk to. And we will see you again next Saturday! Love y’all!

    Episode 8: Anxiety May 01, 2021
    Show notes

In this episode we talk about our own personal experiences with anxiety as well as how we try to cope with it all. We also touch on how you can be there for someone who experiences anxiety. Everyone’s experiences are unique, so what may work for someone else may not work for you. It’s good to reach out and try to find as many healthy coping mechanisms as you can - and if it becomes too much just know that someone out there cares and you aren’t alone. There are many resources online with suggestions on how to better understand your own (or someone else’s) anxiety and how to healthily deal with the thoughts and physical symptoms. Thank you again for listening to this weeks episode! As always, we are taking comments, questions or suggestions on our TikToks - but you can also directly contact us at tottalks99@gmail.com. We hope you enjoyed this episode and look forward to hearing from you! See you next Saturday. Love y’all ❤️

    Show notes

In this episode we talk about our own personal experiences with bullying, as well as how we got through it. If you are being bullied - please know that it’s okay to reach out to someone. Somebody ALWAYS cares. We find that having one core person that you can trust is all you really need - wether that’s a friend, family member, therapist or teacher. Whoever it may be, we promise someone cares and you are not alone. The words that these bullies say to you aren’t true and your worth isn’t determined by them. You are loved, valued and supported. Please never let anyone make you feel like you are less than you really are. If you need to reach out, feel free to email us at tottalks99@gmail.com - although we are not professionals, we do care about you! Please also feel free to email us with questions, suggestions or comments about the podcast and don’t forget to leave a review. We love you!

If they have hurt you, it’s okay to bring it up to them so that you can work through things together. Sometimes friendship hurts. You realize some people you love just aren’t meant to be in your life - it hurts, but it will be ok. Just remember, you are not alone. No matter what happens, the pain won’t last forever.
