We have all been through so much but it’s how we get through things in the end. Stay tuned!

Episode 22: Internet Stalking and Impersonation Nov 13, 2021
    Show notes

This episode is important to us because unfortunately, Opie has been dealing with someone harassing, stalking and impersonating her online now for a while. At this point it has gone too far, and we just want it to end. On this episode we talk about the dangers of people on the internet and how terrifying it can actually be. If you are being harassed or stalked on the internet - please reach out to your local authorities! This is a crime. Remember to please be safe on the internet and be cautious of who you trust or what information you give out. We finish the episode on a lighter note, talking about the weekend where the three of us finally met! It was a perfect weekend and we can’t wait to be back with each other again soon. ❤️ You can follow Opie on TikTok @shoelover99, her only other account is @mamatot99.. ANY other account that may look like her is NOT HER. Please block and report them. You can follow her wonderful and loving husband @dericknichols on TikTok, and us at @themessytherapist and @mellissaprice7. If you have any comments, questions or concerns, email us at tottalks99@gmail.com. We are happy to be back and we will see you next weekend!

Episode 21: Negative Effects of Social Media Oct 23, 2021
    Show notes

On this weeks episode we talk about the negative effects that social media can have on people and how it can completely change your life. There are so many good things that social media can bring, it can help you feel empowered, seen, heard and loved. It can bring you the best of friends (that is exactly how the three of us found each other) BUT it can also do so much harm. Don’t listen to any of the negative things you may hear on social media, and please, always always remember that you are loved. Don’t forget your worth! Stay tuned next weekend for a special LIVE episode of the podcast that we will be doing on Opie’s TikTok when the 3 of us are finally together!!! And if you have any questions, comments or suggestions, feel free to email us at tottalks99@gmail.com

Episode 20: Check on Your People Oct 16, 2021
    Show notes

In this episode, we talk about the importance of checking on the people in our lives. You never know what someone may be dealing with. Even your closest friends could be dealing with something you don’t know about because they are too afraid to ask for help or comfort. Needing support is nothing to be ashamed of. But sometimes, we all feel that way. Which is why it is so important to check on those that you love and make sure that they are okay, REALLY make sure. Sometimes a question as simple as “How are you doing? No, how are you REALLY doing?” goes a long way. It’s nice to feel cared about ❤️ We all want that.

    Episode 19: Trauma Sep 11, 2021

In this episode we talk about the different types of traumas we have been through - there are so many things that can be traumatizing, no matter how big or how small it may seem. Just because yours doesn’t seem as difficult or as dark as someone else’s, doesn’t take away from the fact that it affected you. Trauma is trauma. Your experiences are valid. We see you and we support you! No matter what. We hope that this episode helps provide some insight and helps you to feel less alone in your struggles. As always, thank you for your support and for listening to our podcast every Saturday! We will be back to regular scheduling!
