After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from West Virginia University in 1992, he gained 3½ years of university hospital pharmacy experience at Duke University Medical Center.

During his hospital pharmacy experience, Dr. Misak’s primary focus was clinical rounding in Oncology and General Medicine. As he began to realize the pitfalls of traditional medicine and pharmacy, he started his continued search for truth in health, which directed him to naturopathic medicine. In 1996, he moved his family across the country to Portland, Oregon, where he received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine. Additionally, while in naturopathic medical school, he was blessed with the opportunity to gain 5 years of compounding pharmacy experience at Lloyd Center Pharmacy.

Since moving to the Pittsburgh area, Dr. Misak has continued his search for truth in health with a goal to teach and change the world. He performs regular lectures and does YouTube shows teaching the concepts of bio-electric chemistry and how to optimize personal energy efficiency. Dr. Misak owns and operates Pittsburgh Alternative Health, Inc. in the south hills of Pittsburgh, where he focuses on health analysis and how to support optimal energy formation to result in natural health restoration. Episode #67 Dr. Akil Taher, Healing Heart Disease And Running Marathons At Age 61 Jun 07, 2021

Dr. Taher is a practicing physician in Gadsden, Alabama. He was raised in Mumbai, India, and trained in family medicine at the Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio. He was a physician, a couch potato, and a pampered consumer who feasted over the best foods without worrying about unhealthy consequences for most of his life.

In August 2009, at the age of 61, open-heart surgery knocked at his door and his world came crumbling down.

Instead of wallowing in his troubles, he decided to completely change my life. A year after his bypass surgery, he undertook a mountaineering trek to Mount Kailash (altitudes of 19,000 feet) in Tibet.

In October 2011, he ran my first full marathon and in September 2012 he climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest free-standing mountain in the world.

In 1994, Dr. Fleming presented to the American Heart Association his "theory" that cardiovascular disease was due to inflammation. What was theory in 1994 has become a well-known fact for decades and was highlighted in 2004, with a feature on ABC's 20/20 News. Patent # 9566037 was issued to Dr. Fleming on February 14, 2017.

The Fleming Method patent (FMTVDM) covers ALL methods and devices able to measure metabolic and regional blood flow differences. This breakthrough made it possible to differentiate functionality of tissue, tissue types as well as non-tissue, and the measurement of treatment response using all isotopes, enhancing agents and devices capable of detecting and measuring isotopes.

Developing technology that disrupts the methods of conventional medicine is not always welcomed. Especially when that technology would cut in half the revenue of a $20 billion nuclear isotope industry.
