Before starting Analytical Flavor Systems, Jason was the Founder and Executive Director of The Tea Institute at Penn State, which oversees 20+ researchers in 5 fields of study in traditional Chinese, Japanese, and Korean Tea. Jason did his research in sensory science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence - eventually developing the Gastrograph system after 3 1/2 years of research.

Gastrograph AI is an artificial intelligence platform for modeling human sensory perception to predict consumer preference of flavor, aroma, and texture.

Lifecycle Revive is a sustainable PPE supply chain and Canada's first circular economy-based industry on used medical textiles. Lifecycle takes medical waste, reduces it to plastic pellets, and transforms it into new PPE products. They are working with 12 other companies to recycle PPE worldwide.
