From here we dive into everything coaching: working with young athletes, how to motivate and challenge them. How to work and communicate with the parents. When Nate feels like it is time for an athlete to specialize and is it good for an athlete to have multiple experiences growing up. "The biggest recruiting mistake I ever made" was a quote by the great college baseball coach Fred Dallimore.
