Rob, Blake, and Jake are back to talk shop, everything fitness. Today begins with talk of a crazy challenge Jake thought up. Rob's first thought was that it was just dumb, because let’s face it, there are some dumb workouts out there. Anyway, this workout kicked Jake’s butt, in fact, he quit not even a quarter of the way through. So they talk about how to beat dumb workouts. Then the chat evolves into Blake’s new adventure. It consists of basically bringing American football to Europe on a developmental level and is something very new: A hungry group of young European athletes who want to play American football, brought to them by the guys who have played and can give these young men an opportunity to progress to the American college market.
