Raw and Unfiltered with Erin Treloar Aug 12, 2019
    Show notes

On this episode of The WoMed, Erin Treloar (@rawbeautytalks, rawbeauty.co) and the two Danielle’s dive into the deep and complex topic of self-care and purpose. Whether our failure to make ourselves whole stems from our inherently giving nature or feelings of insecurity and unworthiness, making sure that we are our best selves ultimately helps us do our jobs and better take care of those around us. The women discuss what’s on their “nourishment menus,” the issues with current maternity leave policies, and their favorite forms of self-care, ranging from guilty-pleasure TV to returning to childhood passions.
