Episode 386: Dan Allender, PhD. Faith, Hope & Love In The Healing Of Trauma Aug 15, 2019
    Show notes

Dr. Dan Allender has pioneered a unique and innovative approach to trauma and abuse therapy over the past 30 years.
Central to Dr. Allender’s theory and approach are the categories of Faith, Hope and Love, and their converses betrayal, ambivalence, and powerlessness.
Through identifying and engaging these categories in one’s personal narrative, healing and transformation can occur by bridging the story of the gospel and the stories of trauma and abuse that mark so many.

Episode 377: Authenticity & Trauma Therapist 2.0. Guy Macpherson, PhD. Jul 15, 2019

I’m continually amazed at the incredible people I interview on this podcast. The people who dedicate their lives to helping those people who’ve been impacted by trauma are nothing short of incredible and inspiring.
In this episode, I share one of the main themes that quickly showed up on this podcast when I first started it, and now, comes up almost every week--the importance (and the often overlooked quality) of authenticity.

Authenticity is also that element I’m continually trying to infuse into my membership community, Trauma Therapist | 2.0.
