Confidence is a tricky subject when trying to truly grasp the meaning and where it actually stems from. Obviously everyone is different in how they promote confidence but I want to focus on the dynamic that is lost confidence. We all know how important it is to have confidence and conviction as an athlete but do we actually know how to promote more of it? And what do we do when we don’t have it? How do we get it back?     Winterball Preparation Oct 04, 2021
    Show notes

    It’s that time of year again.. Preparation for the upcoming 2021 Winterball Season down in Puerto Rico. Today’s episode will be spent discussing my plan/process for attacking my preparation before the winter season begins. The reason for adjustments heading into the season stem from being a Starting Pitcher for all of the summer season and now having to switch roles to become a Relief Pitcher. I’ve actually been getting a lot of questions lately from ball players who just struggle with their warmup throws or the first few throws of catch play not really having an idea of where the ball is going.. y’all are not alone! Trust me.
