It's time for you to take a personal assessment.

You need to appraise the value in yourself.

If you don't believe you're worth something, you'll never be able to outearn your worth.

If you believe your self-worth is $100,000 a year, you'll never make more than that.

Subconsciously, we're out of sync.

If you don't believe you deserve all the money you make, you'll blow it on dumb shit.

You cannot outearn your personal appraisal.

It's real simple.

If you think highly of yourself, you're going to do the things to make more money.

To work out hard in the gym.

Find a more attractive mate.

But if you don't believe you are worth anything, you'll have nothing you want.

You have to raise your value.

Is this who you want to be in life?

Is this where you want to go?

Are you willing to put in the work to get what you want?

Now, you have to say it outloud......

I am worth a million dollars a year.

I deserve and will work for a million dollars a year.

Put this in practice.

Everything else is stinkin' thinkin'.

They get paid on promises fulfilled or not.

Business owners get paid on results.

If we don't deliver results, we get charged back.

It's your currency as a human being to get results.

In the gym, you put in the work.

Building muscle and you get a great physique.

At work, you make the calls, do your job and make money.

In your home life, you put in time for your spouse and show up for your children.

The result is a happy family life.

We're not simply trying to show up to "collect a check."

We've got to do things that move the needle in life.

Start focusing on the results in life, not the excuses.

Promises are useless and so are excuses.

It requires a solution-oriented mindset.

Get in line with this mindset, do the work, and you'll get everything you want out of this life.

The challenge with going from rags to riches is those who saw you go through it will be willing to come back for you and tear you down to their level.

Take it from me.

I know from personal experience.

You have to have a riches mentality.

Read the books the rich do.

Bring in the habits the rich do in the gym

In work.

Learn what they think about money and how they move it.

Learn what they do in order to hire employees and get more things done in their business.

Find out where they hang out.

Have conversations with them.

More people end up going rags to rags.

If you're tired of doing this, you have to adopt a different mindset.

Stop looking for people's approval on the climb up.

You don't need it.

It's not required.

Those same people will come for you when you make it big.

If you're going to get to the riches, you have to leave behind the rags mentality.

Most people try to avoid pain while seeking pleasure.

They avoid the gym, but want the results of working out.

They want a successful business, but refuse to get active in learning software necessary to improve their business.

In one year, I was trying to adopt a child, modifying visitation for another, and undergoing an audit from the IRS.

The pain always comes.

I've decided to connect with it.

Engage it.

Welcome it.

I make out with the pain.

Everytime I go through some pain, I've got a huge reward on the back end of it, but I have to go through it.

It's the only way to do anything.

Do yourself a favor and look for the pain.

That's where you'll find the gains.

So many people were taught "money doesn't grow on trees."

That's false.

We are the trees.

Our work produces the money we need to support and feed our families.

They taught us things like "Money is the root of all evil."

No.

The love of money is the root of all evil.

It's not a piece of paper.

Many people make $200K a year, live in a $500K house, and drive an $80K car, but they're broke.

They spend their money on frivolous things.

Instead, they should be using their money to make investments that pay them over time.

If you're going to dominate and live the best life possible, you have to master the money mindset.

You gotta press yourself if you want to test yourself.

This is what's required if you truly want to grow in life.

At work, you have to press yourself to be better in the work you do, whether it be to make more phone calls, create more email campaigns, or text more prospects.

In your home life, if you're going to be a better parent, you have to be present and show up for your family.

It's a never-ending process and there's always room for improvement.

If you want to have a better relationship with your spouse, you're going to have to show up and listen, and compromise where necessary.

Go on date nights no matter what.

So many people don't test themselves daily, and they wait until they get tested in real life and usually end up failing.

We should be creating goals and testing ourselves every single day.

The moment you stop testing yourself, things fall apart.

You become average and part of the status quo.

So, where do you want to go?

Test yourself and you'll be amazed how far you can go.
