Why you should stop reading RE books (Minisode) Jun 06, 2023

In this minisode of the Real Estate InvestHER Show, Liz and Andresa discuss why you should stop reading real estate books. Before you judge, hear them out! They begin by stating that they are not recommending investing in real estate without proper knowledge or guidance. It is essential to read real estate books and be aware of the different strategies. However, they urge you to expand your library and recommend three books that have helped them in their journey. The first book is "Unreasonable Hospitality" by Will Guidara. This book teaches high-level hospitality, which can be applied to running a real estate business, especially in short-term or mid-term rentals. The second book is "How to Talk So Kids Will Listen" by Adele Faber. Although it's a parenting book, Liz and Andresa believe that communication skills are crucial in building a sustainable real estate business. And the last book is “Radical Compassion” by Tara Brach. A great resource on meditation and mindfulness, written in an interactive and engaging way! There you have it! Don't limit yourself to reading only real estate books.
