The Open Palm // How you ever felt a deep sense of guilt or shame? Either for things you have done or things that were done to you? Perhaps you have been reminded that you are flawed. Maybe being imperfect has caused you suffering because you’ve wished better for your life. One thing is for sure: Whatever has happened, has happened. We cannot go back and change the past, but we can start from now and make a brand new ending. Self-love and self-compassion are so important. The way you think about things is what matters most. Be the hero of your story and don’t judge yourself harshly. You don’t have to remain a victim in this life. Even if no one forgives us, we must forgive ourselves. The Open Palm // I believe that there is one way to guarantee failure. That is to never try at all. We miss 100% of the shots we don’t take. But if we dare to be great and take a chance at temporary failure it will not be long lasting. Bet on yourself each day and become all you can be. Shoot your shot my friend.
