Kevin Sorbo says he is being persecuted, he claims Hollywood has blacklisted him for his politics and because he's a Christian.
He turned his back on Hollywood went off in a different direction, into his niche. Now he wants to come back but the problem is he just really didn't bring any talent with him.
Tom Hanks is a Christian, he has been very successful in Hollywood. However, he doesn't tweet asinine things like why do we still have monkeys If evolution is real? This is something that Kevin Sorbo has actually tweeted. He called the capital rioters patriots and at the same time implied they were really antifa.
The movies he's in seem like the kind of movies that he would want to be anyway. Left Behind rise of the Antichrist. He was in God's Not Dead, which made 62 million dollars on a two million dollar budget. Wikipedia shows he's been in 24 films since 2015.
Christians read parts of the Bible and can get a persecution complex, and that's what we're seeing on display here. They read certain passages and come away thinking they're doing it right if they're being persecuted.
It's not that he is a Christian that's preventing him from having success in Hollywood, it's that he advertise idiotic and factually incorrect opinions every two seconds to anyone who'll listen.
He's like the kid in school that purposely tries to agitate everyone and then acts shocked when no one likes him. Kevin Sorbo's Twitter or X is an endless waterfall of brain dead takes without any nuance or critical thought.
Actions have consequences, people like Kevin should stop pretending their actions shouldn't have consequences.
Just a loud mouth who people pay attention to because he was in a moderately entertaining TV show 20 years ago. An attention hog with a persecution mindset. You're 62 years old and you're acting like a four-year-old.

Big changes are stirring in the world of Latter-day Saint missionaries, their new handbook advises them to cut back on communication and steer clear of prejudice.
It tells them to embrace inclusivity. This might sound like a more open-minded approach, but some are raising an eyebrow. Critics point out the move seems more like a controlling effort.
Missionaries are being told to limit contact with friends and families to a weekly prep day using only emails or letters. Limiting when missionaries can and cannot communicate with their family and friends. A very cult undertone type of control.
Their updated handbook also includes music guidelines, perhaps we should just copy that section of the book into a playlist, so we can make a playlist of everything the LDS church isn't allowed to listen to. It is almost guaranteed to have some good music.
It would be surprising if they were actually genuine about less misogyny. It's a bit ridiculous for them to say we actually need to look at women equally, it's 2023. This is Christianity we're talking about, they used their religion to turn women into concubines and servants. In Mormonism, one man could have many wives. This did not change until they were pressured to do so to achieve statehood.
What is the motivation of the leaders of the church? This seems more of how can we soften ourselves so more people will like us and join us effort. A facade of progress.
We're accepting but not affirming means come to church, worship with us, and we want you to believe that you are welcome here, but at the end of the day you're going to burn in hell for eternity.
Malcolm X said he had more respect for an enemy who let him know where they stand instead of somebody who came in his face pretending to be an angel that wasn't.

The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals lifted a previous ruling that prevents bans against puberty blockers and hormones for transgender youth. Not the first ban to the chagrin of medical experts. They say this treatment is beneficial to trans children, not harmful.
This decision isn't just about medical care, it's about rights and choices.
The supposed party of small government continues to meddle in the lives of others. They are insistent this is an enormous issue, with millions of parents forcing their children to change gender for no reason. It's disgusting how they frame it as if the problem is parents forcing this on kids.
The truth is, only a very small percentage of children receive gender affirming care of any type. This is done with the help and guidance of therapists, counselors, and doctors at their parents discretion.
Studies on transgender kids show that children as young as five have questioned their gender. Gender affirming care being received and being accepted by their parents improved their outcome because they were getting affirmation that they're okay being who they are.
We hear the argument from bigots that the reason trans kids are depressed and want to commit suicide is because they're trans. No, the reason suicide, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse goes up with these kids is because they're being told that they have to suppress who they are.
These kids need acceptance and access to care. If you really care about kids then you take care of their needs. Take care of their health, take care of their identity so they can grow up to be loving compassionate productive people.
Trans children that receive treatment actually have less mental health problems. Reports of thoughts of suicide, and the suicide rate both drop dramatically. The University of Melbourne found gender-affirming therapy to cut in half suicidal ideation within the first three months after starting.
But the hate-mongers want to make sure that kids who are seeking help can't access it. They want to force you to follow their religious and political ideologies. They fight this wokism boogeyman every chance they get. Even when the price is a doubled suicide rate.
It requires school counselors to notify parents when a child tells them they might be transgender. A horrible violation of freedom. Also, doctors who violate this law faces up to 10 years of in prison.
The effect this is having on trans children of Alabama is impossible to fathom. When you live in a state that actively hates you. The reigning politicians in Alabama see innocent children seeking help as their enemy. They have lost their way.
It's absurd this is the big issue to them, Out of the many needs in Alabama, how about poverty? A very real problem. Or perhaps the lack of good public education?

Colorado recently passed a law offering free preschool to kids, but the Catholic archdiocese isn't on board. They’re suing officials claiming their faith should allow them to discriminate against LGBTQ people.
This preschool law in Colorado seems like it would be such a good helpful thing on paper, but religious institutions once again show their true colors and insist that if they can't discriminate based on Bronze Age tradition they're the persecuted ones. Not the people they actively try to take rights and freedoms away from.
To qualify, schools have to follow a few basic rules, they have to accept kids regardless of their family’s race, religion, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
The Catholic Church wants funding from the state, but they don't want to adapt to the state's rules. They want your money and also wants you to do what they say.
In their lawsuit, they claim that being forced to enroll children with gay parents into their schools “is likely to lead to intractable conflicts” , a “Catholic school cannot treat a same-sex couple as a family equivalent to the natural family without compromising its mission and Catholic identity.”
Their argument that government is trying to corner the market in preschool is hypocritical. The Catholic church already has done that. The Archdiocese of Denver has 39 preschools, and their prices are so high they're not even listed on the website. They boast about giving nineteen hundred dollars per family through their own tuition assistance programs.
The Archdiocese of Colorado has been responsible for 212 sexual abuse cases by 52 different priests. One of whom is actually still active in their church in Colorado Springs.
Father William Martinez of the Colorado Springs Archdiocese, is not only an admitted sexual predator, he is actively working at a church that is responsible for 39 preschools. The church settled his case back in 1996 but he was reinstated in 2006.
How on Earth are we putting our children in these situations?Why are we giving these people money? Why are we putting children in harm's way?
They want to present it as if their religious liberty is at stake, but what they want is simply to make other people's lives worse. This is an admission by the Catholic church that they cannot exist without bigoted policies, plain and simple. Hopefully the judge and the court will laugh at this one.
