Lo is joined for part 2 of the conversation with the talented and hilarious singer/ songwriter Jessie J

The UK native has been singing professionally since she was 11 years old. In 2009 she had her first taste of mainstream success when she wrote the iconic hit "Party In The USA" for Miley Cyrus. In 2010 the Aries queen shot to fame as a solo recording artist with the release of her first single, "Do It Like A Dude". She has since sold millions of records, had billions of streams worldwide, performed at the closing ceremony of the London Olympics, and been a celebrity judge on the hit talent show The Voice.

Jessie J now embarks on her newest chapter in life...motherhood. She recently gave birth to a healthy and happy baby boy. She sits down to chat with her friend Lo to talk about her music, motherhood and mental health. Jessie leads with vulnerability and speaks candidly about postpartum depression, breastfeeding and parenthood. Although parenting can be so polarizing and there are many opinions out there, Jessie reminds us that parenting and motherhood is so personal to each individual and parents are all just trying to do their best.

As she prepares for her return to the main stage and the release of her new album, she opens up about the highs and lows of her career. Lo and Jessie discuss the new perils of parenting and the learning lessons she's discovered along the way. This is a very special, honest conversation...you're in for a treat.

Whats the right thing to say to someone who is struggling right now? How can you move on when you feel like your world has been turned upside down?

Lo is joined by certified master life coach and grief expert Krista Saint Germain to answer your questions and share perspective with a thoughtful conversation about death, grieving and healing. When Krista's husband was killed by a drunk driver in 2016, her life was completely and unexpectedly flipped upside down. After therapy helped her uncurl from the fetal position, Krista discovered Life Coaching, Post Traumatic Growth and learned the tools she needed to move forward and create a future she could get excited about — now she coaches and teaches other widows so they too, can love life again.

Today she joins Lo to speak candidly about the right and wrong things to say to someone who is experiencing loss, why saying "time heals all wounds" does more harm than good and what the "6 stages of grief" got wrong about the human experience. They also share helpful tips for healing and coping for your emotional tool kit.

True Crime: Secrets, Psychos and The Gilgo Beach Murders Aug 03, 2023

Lo is joined by one of his closest friends and fellow true crime junkie, king Jacob Petway for a deep dive into the Gilgo Beach murders. The Gilgo Beach serial killings were a series of murders between 1996 and 2011 in which the remains of up to 18 people were found in Gilgo Beach, on the South Shore of Long Island. Most of the known victims were sex workers who advertised on Craigslist. DNA evidence was tested on the remains and an architect named Rex Heuermann was charged with 3 of the murders. As the case unfolds, police are testing more DNA evidence on the unidentified remains discovered. Rex Heuermann's wife and 2 children had no idea a monster was living amongst them. Lo and Jacob breakdown the case and speak candidly about psychos, serial killers and secrets.

Director Greta Gerwig took on the difficult task of creating a film based on the beloved Mattel doll best known for reinforcing conventional stereotypes of women, but tried to rebrand her as a symbol of women's empowerment for a new generation.
