    Marco Romero and his wife, Hillary, quit both their jobs at the end of 2015 to start their Real Estate Journey together. In January 2016 they started two Real Estate companies together: Hilco Homes and Bella Buyers. Hilco Homes is focused on wholesaling contracts, and now consists of a team of 11 people. With Bella Buyers they own 30 rental units - all using the power of Private Money. This year (2019) they made their first two two multi-family real estate purchases.
    Marco’s first mentors were his parents, who taught him discipline and self-confidence, and since he’s found many pseudo-mentors through reading biographies of great achievers and change-makers. His purpose in life and business is to be the best version of himself possible - we only get one life, why not make it the best life we can?

    Greg has been a guest commentator on Fox Business, the Dave Ramsey Show, as well as many others. He served in the United States Navy right out of high school, and he’s always been a leader in the community: serving on the boards of several churches, ministries, and non-profit organizations.

    Derek Gaunt is an expert negotiator with the Black Swan Group, and has 29 years of law enforcement and hostage negotiation experience. As a partner in the BSG (providing seminars, workshops, and training which take strategies of hostage negotiation and bring them to the business world) Derek has worked with some of the top companies in the world, and now brings to us his book titled: Ego, Authority, Failure - Using Emotional Intelligence like a Hostage Negotiator to Succeed Like a Leader. 
    A few of Derek’s mentors are the Sheriff who first hired him and made him a negotiator (the man Derek considers “The Godfather” of the negotiation team in Alexandria), and Robin Nichols - a woman he says could have written his book - a powerful leader in the law enforcement community. Derek is driven by the mantra of “I’ve Earned it”, and the desire to continue doing what he loves: refining his communication skills, and sharing them with other people.

Over the last 3.5 years Ryan and his partner Aaron have grown their house buying company from zero to 11M in sales, grown to 19 full-time employees, and project to complete 140 - 150 transactions just this year.
