She is also the founder of The Anxiety Lab, a group coaching membership for women and the co-host of The Managed Mind Podcast. Amber and I discuss anxiety, how it manifests for her and how she copes.     Michelle Dempsey-Multack is a Certified Life Coach and a National Association of Divorce Professionals' Certified Divorce Specialist (CDS®). Michelle is a writer, coach, speaker, and creator/founder of Moms Moving On. Under the Moms Moving On umbrella, Michelle hosts a podcast, leads a community, and offers one-on-one and group coaching and support for women and moms going through divorce. Michelle's first book is available for pre-order and set to release on March 15th, 2022. Michelle is a mom to Bella, a stepmom to Jolie, a co-parent, a spouse, daughter, and friend. We talk about the mental and emotional challenges, we talk about mindset, and the misconceptions about divorce. Michelle talks of her childhood, the experience of her parents' divorce and how that prepared her for stepmotherhood.     My guest is Brooke Randolph, licensed mental health counselor and founder and director of Counseling at The Green House, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her specialties are Adoption Therapy & developmental trauma, Brainspotting, and relationships. She is the author of 3 workbooks for kids as well as a contributing author to Adoption Therapy: Perspectives from Clients and Clinicians on Processing and Healing Post-Adoption Issues (2014), and the organizing editor of It's Not About You: Understanding Adoptee Search, Reunion, & Open Adoption (2017). She was a founding member of MLJ Adoptions, Inc and an Advisory Board member for The Villages. Brooke talks about her personal story with adoption, she gives me a brief history of adoption through the decades in the US, and shares insight on the mental health implications from each perspective in the adoption process.

    My guest today is Dr. Timmesha Butler, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Assistant Professor at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and provides psychotherapy in New Jersey and Virginia. Dr. B shares with me her personal story that led to where she is now, including pivoting from law school to social work. We talk about her experience as Black woman with a PhD, her love of working with teens and advocating for children with IEPs.
